Wonderful apartment located in a small building in Viale Fratelli Rosselli, a stone's throw from the central station Santa Maria Novella, a short distance from the Duomo and Palazzo della Signoria. Extremely bright and spacious, it consists of three large bedrooms, one double bedroom and two single beds bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a living room with sofa bed and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The property, located on the first floor without elevator, is equipped with all the comforts: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, wi-fi, kettle, oven. The unique location allows you to visit all the historical center of Florence comfortably by foot. The area is well served, full of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, it's also located really close to the Arno river, where it is possible to enjoy wonderful walks. Perfect apartment for families or groups of friends who want to visit one of the most beautiful cities in the world recognized as the "cradle of the Renaissance".

Nice apartment, but loud street noise and lots of remodeling noise above. Only AC in bedrooms

We did enjoy many things, but We had booked one room with 3 beds, but there were only 2 so someone had to sleep on the couch each night. Comfort was ok, but no AC in that area. Bathroom toilets ran constantly.

Disappointing

From the outset, the hostess was not communicative or helpful. I sent her a message asking if there was a place we could store our bags because we would be arriving early and asked as well for some suggestions about places to eat and activities nearby. I got a one sentence reply stating the check in policy. I was not asking for an early check in, just some helpful suggestions. Upon checking in, we found the apartment to be less than clean; we found a pair of men’s underpants on the floor behind the hamper in the bathroom, the shower curtain was disgustingly filthy, and there was lots of dust under the beds. As far as the location, it is a short walk to the train station, which has a tram to the airport that runs every 20 minutes. Very convenient. However, if you want to visit the city and it’s many attractions, the street right outside is a very busy five street intersection with no crosswalks. Not the managements fault- just something to be aware of. The kitchen was poorly equipped and at least one pot had no handle. The silver drawer came apart every time we opened it- and I mean came apart. The drawer front pulled right off and we had to put back together after each use. I would look elsewhere if I were planning a stay in Florence.
