This is a beautiful property with an outdoor patio which was a deal sealer for us! We were able to walk to Florence, restaurants, parks etc….it was lovely!

Cute spot to stay

Was a great spot to stay for a week. Cute apartment. Plenty big for the 3 of us adults. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was great - just far enough away from the busy city center but not too far. Cute outdoor area but it rained every day so we didn’t enjoy that much. Quiet and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo was very cute but the photos were a bit misleading. It’s more rundown than the photos depict and the floor is very cold. Location was decent - about 20 mins from Duomo square. Overall, it was a good stay.

The four of us enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean, on the ground floor with easy access and had a wonderful patio. The location was in a residential area, across from a park. Walking distance to many restaurants, grocery, coffee shops and taxis.

It was great. There was an annoying scary alarm that came in the middle of the night for both nights that wouldn’t go off for 30-40 minutes. Otherwise, everything was great, location, showers, accommodations, etc.

Live like a Florentine close to everything!

Spacious and well appointed apartment with all of the features you want, and none that you don’t. The cleaning staff should have turned on the air conditioning and advance of guest arrival. The availability of AC units in each bedroom was a great choice by the owner, as weary vacationers can instantly “chill out” after a long day. We’d rent again.

The scalding hot water - no temperature control was ridiculous - burn or freeze. Frozen and naked covered in soap - not fun!!!We were ghosted by Lorenzo- despite numerous attempt to contact him. Check in was a disaster - NONE of the instructions worked. Fortunately building tenants helped us out. We expected shabby chic and got shabby. Outdoor space was a total highlight

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience at this residence. Our friends had money taken from their room. We communicated with the host and he has been reluctant to return phone calls and resolve the issue. WARNING: do not leave money or valuables. There is no safe provided.
