A short distance from the coast and the market town of Axminster it makes for an ideal base to explore the region. The property comprises of a large open plan living room with oak floors and open tread timber staircase. A woodburner with two sofas. Dining area and kitchen. There is a ground floor kingsize bedroom with en-suite shower room and TV. On the first floor there is a twin/zip link to king and double room, both with en-suite shower rooms. To the front a large decked patio with seating. Parking for 2 cars. Dog welcome but must be kept under control at all times due to livestock.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome, £50 per fee for the second dog. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Dogs must remain under control at all times due to livestock and all mess must be cleared up.
