Thank you, Jean. It was a pleasure to host you. You are very welcome to come back anytime. I will pass your kind words to the rest of the team.
Best wishes,
Pauline.
Nice home with everything that you need and great for sun worshippers as you can sunbathe on the top balcony as well as the back and front patios. Comes with T.V., internet. washing machine and oven, important things needed for a long stay, as we were there for a while. We have been there on 2 occasions..

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Abysmal
No safety rails at the front and rear of property.Kitchen was functional.Downstairs toilet extremely difficult to use as the basin is oversized. No mozzie nets on any windows or doors essential.Bitten over and over again.Unable to open windows as a result of no nets.Rear bedroom requires air conditioning.Bathroom requires extractor fan.The whole of the upper floor is like a sauna, this is unhealthy and has caused us both breathing problems. The washing machine had to be cleaned it was black inside the rubber seal. The shower curtain was heavy wirh concealed soap which we rectified. The sun loungers were unusable as they were broken. We found broken glass and dust under the kitchen units.Overall this was an appalling stay. How anybody can give a 10 out of 10 rating in the reviews is impossible. This property needs a complete overhall and a deep clean.OVERALL REVIEW DISCUSTING.THERE WERE ALSO ITEMS MISSING WHICH WERE SHOWN AS BEING PART OF THE ITINERARY.THIS IS CLOSE TO DECEPTION.

I hope anyone reading this review will look at all the other reviews I have received which show other clients have been very happy here.
The crux of the issue with this review seems to be that a more accessible home was required. My advertisement does not offer any accessibility aids and clients usually take note of that and book accordingly. Although there are balustrades and masonry rails to assist clients going up and down external steps, there are no specific 'safety rails'. There is a good handrail on the internal stairs.
There is air con in Bedroom One and a ceiling fan in Bedroom 2. Again, that was clear in the advertisement and clients can factor that in when deciding whether or not to book. Please note, this client chose to sleep in the bedroom which didn't have aircon.
Since 2002, no client has ever mentioned the need for mosquito nets. They were not mentioned in my advertisement.
I accept that some hidden dust and debris had been missed during the cleaning process and an apology was given for that omission. An apology was also given for the washer seal and the shower curtain.
With regard to my advertisement 'being close to deception', I strongly disagree. I had ticked 'grill' on the check box - meaning the grill in the oven. I did not tick barbecue. Nevertheless, a barbecue was expected and my agent took a brand new one to the property straight away.
My advert states, 'there is a range of crockery, cutlery and utensils' in the kitchen. Some items were missing and we apologised. My agent took round: a first aid kit, chopping board, bread knife, ice cube trays and some tupperware.
The sun loungers were replaced as soon as we were made aware that they were broken.
My agent took two brand new loungers but, although standard size, they were too small for the clients' needs.
Similarly, the downstairs toilet area is a standard size. No one has ever said it is too small but, unfortunately, it did not suit the clients' requirements.
I hope potential clients will look at other reviews and look at the photos and details for this property and decide for themselves whether or not they would like to book. They would be very welcome!

Meilleurs voeux,
Pauline.
About the host
Hosted by Pauline Hollinshead
I bought my 1st property in Spain in 2002. I went on to buy 3 more until 2013. I thoroughly enjoy visiting my properties when they are unoccupied. Every one is unique. I hope you enjoy your visit as much as I enjoy mine.
Why they chose this property
Everyone will have their own reasons for visiting Quesada. I chose this location because it was thriving, well kept, with lots of bars and restaurants and a beauty parlour!
What makes this property unique
My property stands out because of my fantastic management team. They care about guests and make sure the property is ready for them They are a phone call or email away if there are any questions or issues.
