About this property

Entire House - Walk to beach, bars and restaurants!

Beautiful white wash house set in gated community with communal pool. Two bedrooms upstairs with family bathroom and comfortable sofa bed in lounge. AC in both bedrooms. Second bathroom with shower downstairs. Direct access to communal pool from back door.

Sit on the large south facing 1st floor balcony and enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun. Alternatively, downstairs on the patio is a large but private sunny spot or a shaded area underneath to escape the heat. There you will find a large family table to sit and read, play cards or to enjoy your meals. With a handy built-in BBQ, we have it all covered for you to enjoy your holiday should you decide to stay in.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric grill/oven, microwave and gas hob for cooking. Even if you’re cooking for 6 people there is enough room for preparation and clearing up. Step through into the utility room where the washing machine, iron & ironing board with back door that leads out to the communal pool area.

With a large shower room , toilet, sink and mirror upstairs, there is also another smaller one downstairs to enable your group to all get ready for the evening. We have recently installed a new and very efficient water heater to provide you with hot showers when needed.

From the main gate, it’s a 10-15 minute walk to various "Blue Flag" beaches down quiet residential streets. Set right on the beach is a large restaurant for snacks, lunch or evening meals. Sit overlooking the beach and take in the views whilst enjoying a nice cold beer.

10 minute walk to the famous Cabo Roig strip with many bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets. Only a short drive to Zenia Boulevard shopping complex, where you will find a huge variety of brand name shops as well as lovely cafe's, bars and restaurants. Large children's play area too!

We spent 78 days in this lovely, comfortable house. Met by Karen who was really helpful and any issues we had were dealt with promptly by James the owner. Really nice balcony to sit in in the sun and pretty garden. Everything we needed to make us feel at home. Local area very good with everything you need. Wouldnt hesitate to return.

lovely house, great location

We were very impressed with the house, very spacious, great quality fixtures and fittings, the Master bedroom is very big with a huge superking bed. The house is well equipped, we like to cook on holiday and there was everything we needed. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful private garden, which gets the sun all day. The property is in easy walking distance to many bars and restaurants, but it's location is still quiet. The walk to the beach is a nice stroll straight down the quiet road. Karen was very friendly and helpful. Overall we had an amazing holiday in a great location. Will definitely book again.

Lovely house close to everything!

Wow! We booked the house because the pictures looked so good after looking at many other properties on this site. We were not disappointed. The house is split over two floors and more than spacious for what we wanted. The first floor balcony offers the sun from early morning to the afternoon. When we wanted a bit of shade, we simply went downstairs to the patio area which is half covered over. This is a nice area for book reading or a snooze on the outside sofa. The main living area is remarkably cosy but large enough not to feel cramped. Whether cooking dinner or relaxing on the sofa, it’s nicely decorated and feels modern but homely. The house has everything that you need, whether you’re staying in the winter or the summer. The supplied heaters were needed at night but only for an hour to take the chill out of the air. Obviously didn’t go in the communal pool but did sit near it in the sun. It’s a lovely private area and very quiet this time of year. Only a short walk, we were at the beach and had a few drinks at the La Mirada restaurant over looking the sea. Very nice! We also walked several times from the house to “The Strip” at Cabo Roig, which only takes about ten minutes, where even in January is quite busy with lots of places to eat. We had Thai food and a nice Indian. There’s a great Irish bar there with live music and also shows all the sports. We’d heard a lot about Zenia Boulevard shopping complex so we went one afternoon when it was a bit overcast and weren’t disappointed. Loads of brand name shops and even a C&A.....which we haven’t seen in the UK for many years! Overall, no complaints and will definitely be booking again but with family members this time. We contacted James the owner on two occasions and he was quick to respond and very helpful. Thanks also to Karen the house manager who made sure that we knew where everything was. Der Kontakt mit James war vorab schon super und Karen hat uns ganz herzlich in Empfang genommen und alles gezeigt. James hat das Haus wirklich fantastisch ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir waren auch beeindruckt, dass an allen Fenstern Moskitonetze waren und es gab sogar Wäscheleinen! Das hatten wir noch nie! Der Zustand war top. Wirklich viel Geschirr und alles was man benötigt. Und es bleibt zu erwähnen: man fühlt sich absolut sicher. Alles abschliessbar! Nochmals vielen lieben Dank an James - Du bist wirklich ein toller Gastgeber! Und ebenfalls ein riesen Danke an Karen, Du bist so freundlich und zuverlässig! Man fühlt sich im Gesamten absolut willkommen. Nur zu empfehlen!

Beautiful house close to all amenities

Great house with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Spotless on arrival, and excellent transfer service offered by Graham and Karen. Tupperware, cool bags, beach chairs etc all supplied and only around a 10 min walk the the La Zenia beach, or around a 15 minute walk to Cabo Roig beach and marina. The Cabo Roig strip with bars and restaurants was around a 15 minute walk, and popular Paddy's Point was around 15 minutes away. The house itself is set in a gated community with a lovely swimming pool accessed from the back door. Lovely quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to everything you need. The pretty front terrace and garden was a lovely place to chill out at the end of the day. James was excellent with communication and I would not hesitate to recommend this holiday home.

I'm James and married to my wife Abi. We have four children between us and love going to Spain to enjoy our time away from our busy working lives.

We live on the South Coast in Wimborne, Dorset and are very lucky to live near the sea.

We purchased the house with my parents who also love spending time cycling, swimming, walking and sunbathing!

The house is perfectly situated only a stones throw away from the beaches, bars restaurants, golf courses, supermarkets and lots of things to keep you busy whilst on holiday.

Whether you are beach goers or simply want to read a book or listen to some music, the house is set in a lovely location for you to relax and enjoy your time.

Why they chose this property

We went to La Zenia on holiday and fell in love with the area. Even in the winter time there is lots going on, from beach bars playing live music to a large choice of restaurants only a few minutes walk from the house.

The house is situated only a 10-15 minute walk from the beach. You will walk down a nice quiet residential street to get there and then you have the choice of various Blue Flag beaches to choose from.

The house is located in a gated community with a communal pool and secure shaded parking. Once you've arrived at the house, unless you are keen to do some sightseeing further afield, you do not need a car because all amenities are within walking distance.
