This rental is brand new (detached villa without joint ownership), bright, modern and has a swimming pool. You will enjoy the calm at the bottom of a dead end and not overlooked in a quiet area. You can also enjoy bikes on the cycle paths.
Arranged on one level, the house consists of a living room with equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine dishwasher), a bedroom (1 bed 160x200), a bedroom children (4 bunk beds and 1 baby umbrella bed) in another bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190), a bathroom (Italian shower), a toilet, a laundry room. For your comfort, the house is equipped with TV and WIFI deckchairs to take advantage of the south-facing terrace and a swimming pool (1.30 meters deep)

Séjour Pontenx-les-Forges
La maison est très bien située, proche de nombreux lieux de loisirs (plages, lacs, forêts, etc.).
Elle est très bien équipée, joliment aménagée, au calme, dans un lotissement près d'un village où l'on trouve tout le nécessaire.
Le propriétaire a préparé un livret avec des conseils sur les activités à proximité, et de nombreux prospectus pour visiter la région.
