Large, Family Villa with Pool/Spa and Games Room - Minutes to Disney

The villa is situated on Rolling Hills just a few miles to Disney!

This comfortable, nicely furnished 5 bedroom vacation home features 2 queen masters with ensuite bathrooms - one downstairs and one upstairs, an additional upstairs queen bedroom - plus an upstairs twin bunk bedroom (which share a jack and jill ensuite bathroom) and a downstairs twin bedroom (located just across from the downstairs shower room). All five bedrooms feature TVs.

Downstairs, the main living area includes a TV, DVD player and surround sound. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that seats 6 plus a kitchen dining nook that seats 4.

There’s a den at the front of the house complete with a TV as well as a games room featuring a pool table and football table.

Outside, you’ll find a screened patio with a private pool with child safety net, spillover spa and an outdoor dining area with patio furniture.

This cozy vacation home also features a formal sitting area, Wi-Fi Internet access and a fully equipped laundry room.

Optional pool/spa heating £35 per day (only available for full duration of stay).

Wonderful Home

This home has everything you could possibly need while on vacation. Well stocked with linens and kitchen appliances. Pool and hot tub were awesome!

Another great stay!

My family stayed here in Jan 2024 for 9 nights. This was our second stay at this property. From beginning to end, Helen was great! The property is so nice and close to Disney. It’s great after a day in the parks to come home to a spacious home with a heated pool and hot tub. The kids liked the game room as well as the board games available. Looking forward to our next stay at this wonderful home.

Tons of room and great location!!

If you have a good size family and love to hang out with each other but sometimes need your space, then this is your place! So much room and areas to hang out with friends/family that are staying with you! We all loved it and it is so close to Disney. We would definitely stay here again!

2023 vacation

The house needs a good thorough cleaning and updating- need to fix all the burnt out lightbulbs. There was a great supply of towels but no washcloths or dishcloths. The pool was full of bugs, we had to skim it for about 45 minutes before we could swim and everyday after that… need to fix the holes in the lanai screens. The size of the house was great and with a few fixes this house would be perfect. Overall we enjoyed the vacation.

Great Location

We really enjoyed out stay at this house. Communication with Helen and local property owners was quick and available. Location is great if you are heading to any of the theme parks.
