Absolutely fantastic house!! Extremely clean, organized, had all the basics needed. the pool and hot tub were perfect along with the game room. The Disney touches are so nice and it’s in a great great location close to everything you could possibly want. The neighborhood is also very quiet and nice. Would stay here again.

Return Visit Doesn’t Disappoint

This time (January 2026), we came with our daughter, her partner and son. And they loved it! A great place to call base, not far (but far enough) away from Highway 192 with all the dining and shopping experiences you would ever need. Villa is well maintained and has all the amenities you could ask for. Between the play room, pool and hot tub it keeps everyone entertained. Would we come back again? Already booked😋 Great owners who keep you well informed and very helpful. Thanks Meta and Michael.

Lovely villa, beds very comfortable. Felt at home. Loved the little extras (coffee machine, blender ). Hot tub is a great luxury after a long day at the parks. Area very quiet. Son and husband enjoyed the games room. Great to have the 3 bathrooms.

Perfect home for our vacation.

This villa was perfect for our family, our boy especially loved the Star Wars themed room. Location is very close to Disney but far enough that allows you to relax and take things at your own pace. Home was very clean and host were very helpful and prompt on the odd occasion I did contact them. We have had the best time and able to make this villa our home played a large part in this. I would highly recommend M&M Dream villa to anyone.

Great location!

We loved this property! The location as perfect for our visit to Hollywood Studios and the private pool/hot tub was fantastic for our family of 4. Our boys loved their Star Wars room and the Avengers game room was a huge hit as well!

Relaxing Home Base

This house is a lovely retreat in a quiet neighborhood! We were a group of 4 adults and greatly enjoyed the two primary suites and fully stocked kitchen. We had a hilarious game night battle in the game room playing classics like Frogger and Galactica! The pool table was an added plus, and we loved shooting hoops in the quaint but perfect outdoor pool. Great place to stay and longest drive we had to any of the Disney parks was 17 minutes. So great!!

Fantastic Home & Location

The house was wonderful! Super easy check-in; we just showed up at the house with our lock code. Communication with Meta & Michael before our arrival and during our stay was great. I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the entire family fought over the massage chair. The game room had games everyone could enjoy. The pool and hot tub were the perfect end to the day. It's also a short drive to Disney. Several of us enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood as well. We would definitely stay here again!

A Very Nice Vacation Home

I stayed there with my family. We were able to find everything we may need in a vacation home there and ready for our use. I enjoyed seeing my children having a great time in the house; especially in the game room, and the swimming pool.

We are the Van Skiver family. We got into this business after the passing of Michael's parents in 2018. We had lost my mom the following year and so i planned a trip to Disney to refresh and take a break from grieve. Disney and Florida brought joy back into our family time. We saw these villas and thought we could try this business idea. It has been a real joy to find ways to assist our guests with making wonderful vacation memories. Whether making sure home is fully supplied with everything you could need or helping guests feel safe during hurricanes. We have enjoyed guests becoming friends. Or just reading sweet 5 star reviews and hear the love of our villas. We appreciate all of our guests.

Why they chose this property

We found out this was just a mile from Windsor Hills resort were our other villa was. it was very quiet and a nice conservation view with no rear neighbors. It is a wonderful place to take a nice stroll at night. Very close to many Kissimmee FL attractions,shopping and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

We strive for relaxation. We have a Massage chair. Fully stocked kitchen. We have tried to create a beautifully designed villa with some unique artwork from Disney vintage store. We also supply our guests with most of days to day household needs: toilet paper, paper towels,shampoo and conditioner and body wash dispensers, trash bags, laundry soap, bounce sheets, dishwasher soap, dawn soap. We find many owners only do starter packs we try to provide for your stay.
