Perfect house for your Notre Dame Game Weekend!
Welcome to our charming, brick-trimmed, 3 Bedroom home on a quiet, leafy street just 1 mile from ND! Live like a local and relax in our recently-remodeled, historic Tudor house built in 1924, with brand new furniture and accessories throughout!
Perfect for entertaining, the large living room has a 60" HDTV with DirecTV and NFL Sunday Ticket, a wood-burning fireplace, and French doors leading to the formal dining room with seating for 6 adults. It's the perfect spot to watch the game if you can't get into the stadium.
Sleep like royalty in three spacious bedrooms (2 queens, 1 king), each with a comfy pillow top mattress, a large closet, dresser, and night stand(s). The large, private master suite upstairs has a luxurious king bed, HDTV w/ DirecTV, private full bathroom with over-sized shower head, and a nursery / toddler play area perfect for the little one(s). Two twin beds in the basement (partially finished, private bedroom with new carpet, paint, nightstand/dresser... just no closet) can be used for extra guests / children.
Family friendly, of course, with baby gates guarding the basement stairs and the master suite stairs.
Brick patio with fire pit and Notre Dame themed corn hole!
Full laundry facilities also in basement.
Vivint Smart Home and Security equipped, so no keys necessary.
Extremely close to Notre Dame Campus (a little over a minute drive / about a 15-minute walk), Eddy Street Commons, plenty of restaurants and bars, downtown, grocery stores and liquor stores.

Great location in a quaint neighborhood, walking distance to the stadium.
Wonderful home. Jason and Laura are great hosts and really take care of everything to make sure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. They were extremely helpful from start to finish. The house was impeccably clean and there wasn’t anything that we needed, that wasn’t provided. We look forward to the opportunity to return!

Great stay
This beautiful 1920 refurbished home was in a lovely residential setting and within 1.2 miles of campus, easily accessible by walking. There were wonderful Notre Dame merchandise all over, from couch pillows and wall plaques, to an Irish Monopoly board game. The hosts were very responsive with a warm welcome greeting and answers to questions. The house was clean and with all amenities, including an ionic hair dryer, flat iron appliance, and for the Notre Dame games, a clear carrier bag and 4 seat cushions. They thought of everything. We felt well-cared for and comfortable. We would very highly recommend this home!!
