Delightful property close to the beach and all services with private garden in a private and quiet area. The beach and the town of Budoni can be reached on foot or by bicycle. The house renovated in the interior has air conditioning and all comforts. There are 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, 2 large verandas equipped for relaxation and a garden with a 600 m2 green lawn. Outdoor barbecue in Sardinian stone, granite table to enjoy delicious grilled food in the evening coolness.

Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen zweiwöchigen Wander- und Badeurlaub auf Sardinien. Der Ort Budoni selbst und die unmittelbare Umgebung des Ferienhauses sind zunächst nicht so ansprechend. Mit der Zeit vor Ort erkennt man dann jedoch, dass die Unterkunft mit der Strandnähe (3 Minuten mit dem Auto, die Fahrräder konnten wir nicht verwenden) und der Umgebung viel zu bieten hat. Besonders gut hat uns der gepflegte Garten gefallen. Das Frühstück konnte im Schatten auf der Vorderseite des Hauses, die weiteren Mahlzeiten im Schatten auf der großen Veranda auf der Rückseite des Hauses genossen werden. Beeindruckende Bergtouren mit unglaublichen Ausblicken sind mit dem Auto im Umkreis von ca. einer Stunde zu erreichen.

Schöne kleine Villa in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren drei Wochen in Isabellas Ferienhaus. Es ist eine Doppelhaushälfte, die vollkommen autark von der anderen Haushälfte ist. Der große Garten ist schön angelegt und gut gepflegt (während wir da waren war der Gärtner einmal da und hat den Rasen gepflegt und uns die reifen Feigen gepflückt). Der Garten ist nicht einsehbar und lädt zum Spielen und Sonnenbaden ein. Wir hatten ein Planschbecken von Isabella für die Kinder aufgestellt. Sonnenschirme und Luftpumpe wurden auch von Isabella gestellt. Das Haus ist etwas versteckt in einer Sackgasse und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Zum Strand (nächst gelegener Strandzugang) sind wir mit den Kindern (10M, 3J) zwischen 12-15min gelaufen. Der Weg war befestigt und auch mit Bollerwagen, Laufrad und Co gut befahrbar. Wir sind auch mal mit dem Auto gefahren, die Parkgebühr lag bei 3€/Tag; in der Nebensaison (ab Mitte September) kostenfrei. Nach dem Strand war die warme Außendusche praktisch. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Jedoch konnte man die Klimaanlage nicht gleichzeitig mit Spülmaschine, Backofen oder Waschmaschine laufen lassen, da sonst die Sicherung durchgeflogen ist. Isabella lässt das Haus immer grundreinigen und stattet es mit dem Nötigsten aus (Kaffee, Salz, Spültabs, Küchentuch, Müllbeutel etc.). Für uns war es etwas problematisch, dass es eine filigrane und offene Wendeltreppe im Küchen/Wohnbereich gab, die auf der Beschreibung fehlt. Die Kinder wollten sie gerne als Klettergerüst nutzen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes, klimatisiertes Ferienhaus mit einem sehr gepflegten Garten. Der schöne Strand von Budoni ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Isabella ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.
