About this property
Sea Breeze, Brancaster, Norfolk
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular village of Brancaster, this super detached bungalow offers modern accommodation with a fully enclosed garden. Perfect for a family or one or two couples looking to be close to the beach, the North Norfolk coastal path and Brancaster Staithe sailing harbour, this is the ideal spot.
All on one level, Sea Breeze has a cosy sitting/dining room with a comfortable, electric reclining sofa, two armchairs and an electric log fire to keep you warm in the cooler months. A well-equipped, light, bright kitchen looks on to the courtyard and there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with twin beds. With so many dog-friendly beaches, pubs and restaurants along this stretch of coast, your pampered pooch can look forward to a fabulous holiday too! Quietly located, only a two minute walk through the cul-de-sac and you are onto the Branodunum fields (ideal and safe for dog walks) bringing you a left turn and the short walk brings you to The Ship pub/hotel/restaurant and onto a scenic walk to Brancaster's beautiful sandy, dog friendly beach. A right turn and a fifteen minute walk brings you to the picturesque and bustling sailing harbour of Brancaster Staithe where you can buy fresh local seafood and call in at The Jolly Sailors pub or The White Horse for locally brewed ales and award-winning food. And back at home, the south-facing, enclosed courtyard with shade, will keep your children and four-legged friends safe while you relax as the sun goes down.
With perfect walking opportunities and bird watching at the nearby RSPB nature reserve at Titchwell, you are perfectly located to explore the whole of the North Norfolk coast. Brancaster Stores and Post Office houses a brilliant deli and coffee shop, as well as stocking plenty of every day goods. Brancaster Village Hall hosts Bar 71 where good times, drinks, friends and fun are served. It is the social heart of Brancaster village offering a licensed, family friendly bar with the cheapest drinks along the coast, and a calendar of monthly events including live music, discos, quiz nights, bingo, skittles and poker tournaments. Adjacent is five acres of playing fields, including two full size goals, a children's playground along with equipment designed to help coordination and balance, and a family area with picnic tables. There are also new tennis courts. Brancaster offers something for everyone!
Additional Information:
Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). More dogs by arrangement.
