There is also a boat club at Snettisham beach, where junior training courses are available. The village itself offers a welcoming, traditional atmosphere with local shops, pubs and cafes, less than 150 metres away, all set within a rich heritage dating back centuries. Snettisham Park Farm is under a mile away providing exciting adventures for the whole family. The renowned RSPB Snettisham Reserve (3 miles) provides a spectacular natural haven for birdwatching and coastal walks, making this an ideal base for exploring both countryside and coast. Nearby Hunstanton (5 miles) offers a livelier seaside atmosphere, with crazy golf, aquariums, traditional arcades and fish and chip shops along the seafront.
Step inside to a bright entrance hall, complete with a handy ground floor WC. From here, you’re welcomed into an open-plan space that brings together the kitchen, dining and living areas. The living space providing a cosy place to relax with an electric fire, ideal for unwinding after a day by the coast. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped, and the dining area comfortably seats six and sits beside patio doors that open out to the courtyard garden, allowing fresh air and natural light to flow in. Upstairs, the main bedroom offers a touch of comfort and style with a king-size bed and a wall-mounted TV, along with the added benefit of an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a twin room, and the third bedroom is a single room. Completing the accommodation is the family bathroom, featuring a bath with shower over and WC.
Outside at the rear of the property, you’ll find a private courtyard with BBQ, table and chairs and a summer house. The perfect spot to enjoy a morning cuppa or the last of the sun after a busy day exploring. There is access via a gate at the back of the courtyard to the shared car park. The beautiful beaches of Thornham, Brancaster and Holkham are all within easy reach.
