The house is part of a complex of 8 apartments and being located at the bottom of a condominium that extends over time, it enjoys excellent privacy, also because it has an independent entrance on the opposite side of the other condominiums. On the mezzanine going up the external staircase, we have a solarium overlooking the private garden. A small terrace located on the entrance door on the first floor.
