We loved everything about our stay. The place was centrally located and super comfy & had all the amenities we needed. Carol was delightful and made sure to connect with us. We would absolutely recommend saying here and cannot wait to book again!

Very clean property and good location. I had some challenges with the TV, which didn’t seem to work and you are very close to the railroad track so being a deep sleeper helps. Otherwise host was incredibly accommodating and very communicative.

Everything about the property was what we hoped for in our recent visit to Oceanside, CA. The place was exceptional from 2 outdoor balconies to beautiful living space to 2 perfectly comfortable beds. This Is my new go to for the Oceanside area and comes highly recommended. The property owner, Carol, was a great host and was also able to work with us on a later checkout time as we were dealing one in our group that was not feeling well the last morning. Thank you Carol we'll be back soon!

So close to the beach and the parking was super easy! The train wasn’t a problem for sleep as long as the windows were closed. I would stay here again :)

Just stayed at a VRBO in Oceanside, and it was perfect! Cozy two-bedroom with plenty of space to chill. Only a block from the beach and close to everything. Great spot for a beach getaway or visiting someone at Camp Pendleton. Highly recommend!

Honestly it was one of the best and most memorable experiences we’ve had on a family vacation. There’s a washer and dryer inside the bathroom and we would dry our towels while taking a shower so we had a nice warm towel when we got out. The condo had 3 mini split AC units so we have never slept better. We had our own parking spot and the owner Carol was amazing. Her communication was immediate and she gave the best recommendations to beaches and places to eat. Best price for an almost ocean front place. 10/10 experience. We will be back !

Clean rooms. Great for a family. Washer and Dryer were pretty nice to have available. Love the fact I could get an amazing breeze with the balcony doors opened. The trains didnt bother us at all. Waves were very cool to watch at night.

Excellent house. Perfect location so close to the beach and actually seeing the beach every morning from the balcony itself was calming. Top kitchen with almost everything you need including pressure cooker, utensils. AC/heater and Washer dryer all new and working well

Pros: The condo was in a wonderful location and the beach view was fantastic. The condo itself was well equipped and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Our host, Carol, was onsite and was very welcoming and hospitable.The cons: The condo furnishings were quite different than the listing, which featured furnishings and decor that were very modern and updated. While this didn't impact our stay, it is worth noting. Also, the condo is next to the train lines, which can be loud at times.

Awesome stay!

Very cute and comfortable apartment. This is one of the best places we have stayed in the area. Our family enjoyed it very much. Close to beautiful beaches, and good restaurants. Highly recommended.

Great place

We came for soccer tournament it was perfect Carol was a great host the ocean is a short walk and you can see view from balcony. There is a train right beside property it's a little annoying but we would stay again ....

It was an amazing stay. There was enough space for us all. The proximity to the beach was amazing & the views were awesome. The washer/dryer combo threw me off but we made it work. Overall amazing stay. Thank you so much!
