Dining area with a dining table and chairs is placed in front of the kitchen. From the dining area you access a lovely living room and outside area where swimming pool is waiting for a refreshing swim. Large sofas in living room will make you lounge around. For your entertainment you will find a music sound system with a record player and large flat-screen TV. On this level you will find as well an extra toilette, laundry room with washing machine and a storage room.
The house is surrounded with a small wall and beautiful natural green living wall so it provides you high privacy and peace.
There is also an outdoor pool, grill, kitchen and dining area perfect for hosting family dinners and barbeques in the warm summer afternoons. .
