Lovely apartment, super clean, lots of amenities

Had a fabulous 4 days here, visiting family and seeing the sites of Lake Como and Milan. Parking for our car provided and a very lovely area with gated parking. Full kitchen, separate bedrooms - all on one floor. Highly recommended!

Varese

Raffella and Mauro were wonderful hosts. Upon our arrival they made sure we had access to everything, and throughout our stay they provided wonderful suggestions on places to visit. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their home as a place for a family to stay while in Northern Italy.

Avec ce type de vavances, location chez un particulier, il y a deux aspects.1- Le logement loué. Celui ci est très bien situé, pratique pour les transports en commun et bien desservi par les voies rapides. Ce logement est très propre et super bien équipé. 2- Les propriétaires. Pour cette location, ils habitent sur place. Ils sont d’une hospitalité rare et d’une grande gentilesse. Toujours prêts à vous aider. Un grand merci à Raffaella et à Mauro , tout est parfait, ne changer rien.

Natur und Kultur im Charme Norditaliens

Urlaub in Varese – jahrelang sind wir daran vorbeigerauscht zum Meer, zur Toskana oder haben kurz davor gestoppt an den „deutschen“ oberitalienischen Seen. Dieses Jahr wurde alles anders: ein gepflegtes Stadthaus mit großzügigem, mit elektrischem Gartentor versehenen Vorplatz, auf dem unser Auto mit Hänger und Motorrad spielend Platz fanden, dahinter ein gepflegter Rasen mit Außendusche, sauberem modernem Whirlpool und hoher Hecke zum Nachbarn wurde zum Zentrum von unwahrscheinlich vielseitigen faszinierenden Angeboten zum Abschalten und zur Erweiterung des Horizontes! Über der vollständig und hochwertig ausgestatteten großzügigen Wohnung im Erdgeschoss leben die Gastgeber und sind mit ihrer zurückhaltenden, aber zu jedem Zeitpunkt spürbaren Hilfsbereitschaft ein Garant für unvergessliche 10 Tage Urlaub. Der Überblick über die Seenlandschaft rund um Varese mit Fahrrad- und Motorradtouren wurde uns von Mauro mit WhatsApp-Nachrichten auf`s Handy gespielt: Edelsteine, die so in keinem unserer Reiseführer zu finden sind! Eine unsere Urlaubstage stark prägende Hitzewelle in Norditalien wurde von unserem Gastehepaar kurzerhand mit der spontanen Lieferung eines leistungsstarken Klimaautomaten spürbar gemildert! Wir kommen wieder.

Très bonne location

Bas de villa avec jardin, au calme, propre et récent avec un emplacement véhicule sur la propriété. Très bien équipé. Hôtes très agréables et disponibles pour conseiller . La maison à une position 'centrale' pour allez au lac Majeur/Orta/Come/Milan Près du Lac de Varese pour footing et vélo (y allez en voiture) Si vous marcher un peu le centre de Varese est accessible à pied (~25mn)

An Italian home away from home

From the first interaction to the final goodbye the hosts make you feel not only welcome but like family. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed with everything you need to feel at home. With access to a lovely outdoor patio you can even dine al fresco. Though if you prefer to go out the location is close to many restaurants. I cannot say enough about the wonderful hosts Raffaella and Mauro, they truly came through for us. They were there every step of the way when dealing with an unexpected personal circumstance and through it all we felt so supported. We were three generations travelling to settle my daughter in university nearby and all felt the same way. Varese is a beautiful town and close to so many beautiful outdoor locations. Since we did not have time to do it all I know this will be a place I will return to. This is a definite must stay location, you will never feel more at home while away from home.

Geräumige Wohung im Erdgeschoß

Das Objekt befindet sich in zentraler Lage zwischen den Seen Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano und Lago di Como. Also ideal zum Erkunden aller drei Seen, toller Supermarkt in der Nähe! Das Objekt ist gepflegt, sehr geräumig und verfügt über alle erforderlichen Geräte (ein Toaster wäre noch toll), ist also uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!! Alles da, von der Bettwäsche über Verbrauchsmaterial bis hin zu zahlreichen Handtüchern. Der Vermieter hat freundlicherweise sogar Platz in seiner Garage geschaffen, damit wir unser Motorrad einstellen konnten! Alles TOP!!
