About this property

Beautiful renovated chalet with views of Mont Blanc. Ski slope directly there.

Magnificent chalet, truly ski-in/ski-out! The track passes through the chalet garden and goes down to the Bettex gondola (which leads to the entire Megève ski area). Superb view of Mont Blanc. Perfect for ski enthusiasts! And in summer, you enjoy the Alps, walks, etc., for example by going up on foot or with bikes in the gondola and then going back down the entire track to the chalet.

The chalet is fully equipped: ski room, sauna, wifi, parking spaces, etc. and was renovated in 2021.

The chalet is divided into two independent parts, with 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, etc.

There are in total:
- 3 bedrooms with double beds
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bedroom with 4 single bunk beds
- 1 extra sofa bed in the downstairs living room

Very easy access:
- Geneva airport 1 hour drive.
- Direct road access via Autoroute St Gervais exit.
- St-Gervais-le-Fayet TGV station 5km from the chalet.

We can therefore accommodate 12 people in the rooms + possibly use the sofa beds.

Vacances de skis en famille et amis 10 adultes Belle semaine ensoleillée ! Situation du chalet accès skis aux pieds appréciée par les bons skieurs du groupe (même si piste fermée en fin de séjour par manque de neige)

Obere Wohnung mit großem Wohn und Essbereich völlig ok. Untere Wohnung doch etwas alt und muffig. Sauna erst nach mehreren Telefonaten benutzungsbereit. Bestimmt tolle Lage bei ausreichend Schnee - hatten wir leider nicht.

I understand your disappointment for the snow, unfortunately we cannot know if there will be any or not... There was a small technical problem with the sauna, which has been resolved as quickly as humanly possible. The lower apartment is not as renovated as the main floor (where people spend 90% of their time), but it still is a confortable area.

Très bon séjour familial dans ce magnifique chalet.

Chalet spacieux très bien équipé avec une vue magnifique. Bel emplacement pour accéder aux pistes. Accueil très sympathique. Très belle semaine à Saint-Gervais.
