COMFORTABLE CHALET (12 PERS) THE HOUCHES-CHAMONIX

Our cozy chalet (180 m2) of 6 bedrooms is located in Les Houches at the foot of the Mont Blanc massif facing the Aiguille du Goûter and its famous refuge.
Recently renovated and very well equipped, the chalet is ideal for gathering family and friends.
In the immediate vicinity of the Prarion gondola, ski-in / ski-out is possible; in summer, the departure of the chalet for hiking, mountain biking, mountaineering is at the end of the garden.

Fantastic Chalet with really nice houseowerners. Enough space for 12 people and with a big and well equipped kitchen. The house is cosy, welcomming and clean, close to skiing. We have stayed there twice and recommend it highly

Beautiful well equipped chalet!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The whole booking process was seamless and Anne Sophie and Jean Christophe were very helpful. Great location close to the Prarion Gondola. Unfortunately, due to lack of snow it was not ski in/out when we went, however, only a short walk to the lift and ski shop. The Chalet itself is beautifully decorated, clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The property manager was very helpful on check in/out and easy to contact. All in all, our group of 10 had a great time! Thank you Anne Sophie and Jean Christophe!

Wonderful Chalet in Les Houches

Anne-Sophie and Jean-Christophe have an exceptionally well-appointed chalet in Les Houches. While we were only 7 people, the Chalet would have very comfortably fit 12 as stated. Even so, it was quite cozy for our smaller group as well - with a wonderful open 2nd floor and great private areas on the 1st and 3rd floors. The property is only a 5 minute walk to the base of Les Houches but is still nicely separated from the big crowds during the holidays. Lastly, both the hosts and the local concierge were extremely helpful and friendly to work with. We would love to come back again in the summer and enjoy time on the decks in the sun. Thanks again!

Excellent séjour, très beau chalet, très confortable et surtout très propre

Le chalet est très bien situé dans un environnement calme dans le petit village Les houches. On trouve tout dans ce petit village, supermarché, boulangerie, restaurants, location de ski.... La station de ski se trouve à proximité, à 5 minutes à pied. Chamonix est à 10 minutes en voiture. Les hôtes sont très gentils, très réactifs et extrêmement accueillants. La concierge sur place, Carla, est très sympathique et toujours disponible. La maison a même été nettoyée une fois pendant notre séjour. Il est rare de trouver un objet aussi propre et bien entretenue. Nous le recommandons vivement. Merci pour tout!

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille parfaite dans ce chalet très bien équipé ainsi que très bien décoré. Tout est prévu pour les grandes famille et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'équipement de la cuisine ainsi que le poele à bois qui a distillé chaque soir une ambiance chaleureuse. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Joli Chalet de montagne

Malgré un petit soucis à l'arrivée qui a été très vite pris en main par l’hôte et solutionné , nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce chalet très cosy ou tout est bien organisé pour passer de bons moment en famille et prés de tout les centres d’intérêt de la montagne .
