In a splendid garden of 1,500 square meters among pines, flowers and eucalyptus, my fresh small Villa awaits you, ideal for staying with children and your furry pets.
It is located less than 100 meters from Margidore beach (1 km of pebbles in a frame of wonderful colors) and 300 meters, all on the plain, from Lacona beach (1.2 km of fine sand).

CASAISOLADELBA is a structure consisting of a three-room VILLETTA and an OPEN SPACE mini-apartment.

CASAISOLADELBA VILLA
it can accommodate four people and consists of:
- Covered patio in the garden with table, chairs and chaise long.
- Living room with double entrance accessible from the garden and with window on the garden. Sofa, table and TV.
- Fully equipped kitchenette (washing machine, stove, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, pots, coffee maker, cutlery etc etc..).
- Double bedroom with wardrobe, window on the garden.
- Bedroom with bunk bed, window on the garden. Luggage loft space.
- Bathroom with shower and bidet and window on the garden + external shower and sink.
- Parking space in the property

A fifth bed or a camping cot for children up to three years is available on request and can be positioned in both bedrooms.
A table highchair is available on request
Bed linen and towel sets are available on request with a little extra.

In the months of July and August in Lacona the campsites and tourist villages organize evening entertainment in the open air for their customers which could be annoying for lovers of absolute silence.

OPEN SPACE by CASAISOLADELBA
It is a mini apartment that can accommodate two people and consists of:

- Spacious double bedroom which is accessed via a large French door from the garden, large wardrobe + dresser, TV.
- Large bathroom with shower
- Kitchenette with fridge and microwave
- Paving with curtain in front of the Open Space with table, chairs and chaise long.
- Parking space in the property
-Free WI-FI

A third bed or a camping cot is available on request for children up to three years.
A table highchair is available on request
Bed linen and towel sets are available on request with a little extra.

During the day you can enjoy the warm sun of the nearby beaches or the cool relaxation of the garden and after sunset you can dive into the nightlife of Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro, Marina di Campo or Portoferraio which are all about 10-15 minutes away by car, or opt for a quiet walk by the sea.

Every day, with a few steps on foot and all flat, you can choose different panoramas and colors!


Just 10 minutes by car from the main towns of Portoferraio, Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro, Marina di Campo and Procchio.
