Traumferien

Wir haben dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Garten sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir hatten alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Eigentümerin Alessandra ist sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Einzig die Hauseinfahrt ist etwas mühsam. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Haus Ferien verbringen.

Ruhe und Entspannung pur

Wir waren an Ostern für eine Woche in Capoliveri zu Gast. Das Haus ist alles wie beschrieben, wunderbar gelegen, sehr ruhig und vor allem sehr sauber. Es fehlt nur noch eine Kaffeemaschine. Dies hat uns jedoch nicht weiter gestört, da wir immer mit unserem Handfilter plus Kaffee verreisen. Das Internet ist sehr gut, was wichtig ist, da es wie in Italien so üblich, kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm gibt und man auf Streaming angewiesen ist. Der Garten ist traumhaft mit Blick auf das Meer und das nächste Dorf Capoliveri ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen, Einkaufen und Essen gehen. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandra war sehr gut. Sie hat sich um alles gekümmert und war für Fragen immer erreichbar. Gerne kommen wir wieder an diesen wunderbaren Ort.

Perfektes Ferienhaus!

Wir waren etwas über eine Woche da. Alles war perfekt: Die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung und Größe des Hauses! Alessandra ist sehr freundlich und immer bereit zu helfen. Es hat alles problemlos geklappt! Die Lage ist das absolute Highlight!! Man ist alleine ohne einsam zu sein, das Dorf ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und der Strand ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar! (Wie in den anderen Kommentaren ist die Zufahrt wirklich steil und mit ein paar Schlaglöchern gespickt) Wir kommen hoffentlich bald wieder und können es nur weiterempfehlen!!

Erholung pur!

In Alessandra´s Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden, was einen Urlaub genießen lässt: Absolute Sauberkeit, vollausgestattetes Inventar (mit Ausnahme einer deutschen Kaffeemaschine ;-)), uneinsehbarer Garten mit ausreichenden Gartenmöbel, eigener PKW-Stellplatz am Haus (auch wenn die Zufahrt dazu etwas abenteuerlich ist) und angenehme Ruhe. Perfekt! Vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Wunderbarer Ort

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar (steile Zufahrt, Vorsicht bei Sportwagen, sonst aber kein Problem!) Capoliveri ist zwar ganz nah, aber trotzdem ist es ruhig und der Blick vom Freisitz aufs Meer herrlich. Alles ist so wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet um sich auch gut selber zu versorgen. Die Vermieterin Alessandra ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns auch im Vorfeld unserer Reise gut betreut. Alles in allem waren wir schlichtweg begeistert und können das Objekt nur empfehlen!

A beautiful place!

We spent 1 week in Capoliveri and we had so much relax! The location is beautiful and only few minutes walk to the beach. The house is perfect for 2 people, well equipped and furnished with the special taste from Alessandra, the landlord who welcomed us as we were friends. We strongly recommend!

relax a Barabarca

L'appartamento è molto curato, con buone rifiniture e ricco di dotazioni. L'angolo di prato all'ombra dei pini è ottimo per il relax e per cenare all'aperto. I proprietari sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili nel fornire informazioni e nell'aiutarci a risolvere qualche problema che ci è capitato all'inizio della vacanza. E' possibile parcheggiare l'auto davanti all'appartamento ma, per uscire, bisogna percorrere un breve tratto sterrato molto ripido, con qualche problema di aderenza. Comunque i proprietari hanno già previsto di rimediare. Quindi una vacanza da ripetere!

Das kleine gepflegte Haus ist perfekt für zwei Personen und es war alles wie auf den Fotos. Man hat alles um sich vor Ort selbst zu versorgen und wohl zu fühlen. Das Internet ist ab und zu etwas störrisch, reicht aber um Zeitung zu lesen, oder auch mal ein wenig Musik zu streamen. Die Kontaktaufnahme zur netten Besitzerin war unproblematisch und schnell. Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Ich würde das Haus auch Freunden empfehlen.

Un endroit de rêve...

L'appartement est confortable et très propre. Les propriétaires sont charmants, serviables et très discrets. La beauté des lieux, la piscine qui surplombe la mer et la proximité du village de Capoliveri font de cette location le lieu idéal pour des vacances réussies. Tout est conforme à l'annonce. De nombreux restaurants ainsi qu'un supermarché se trouvent à proximité de la location, un véhicule est néanmoins nécessaire puisque le village se trouve à environ 3 km. Une distance qui garantit un calme absolu ! Une adresse à conseiller.
