A lovely two-bedroom Villa with gardens and a communal pool. The property is fully airconditioned and includes free WiFi and private parking. It enjoys superb panoramic sea views from the living/dining area and has a private terrace with outdoor dining table, sunbeds, and a bbq. It is located close to the Porto Cervo Marina and many sandy beaches of the Costa Smeralda. Nearby, there are many good restaurants serving from a simple pizza to excellent food. Pantogia, posizione top! Ma non basta

Conoscevo già la struttura e sapevo di trovare una casa in una location eccezionale, purtroppo la manutenzione della struttura è carente, soprattutto nelle aree comuni, il giardino è abbandonato, le piante cresciute senza cura offuscano gran parte delle vista mare, la piscina è sporca e non curata, c’è un invasione di formiche e vespe!!! Anche in casa ci sono un po’ di problemi agli impianti, il lavandino perde acqua e l’impianto elettrico va rivisto! Basterebbe poco per rendere tutto perfetto, questa mia recensione voglio che serva a voi proprietari come input per avere più cura della casa e rendere la vacanza dei vostri ospiti un momento di gioia senza complicazioni!! Grazie

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung überhalb des Strandes von Piccolo Pevero ist toll. Es ist wunderbar still, die Aussicht von der Terasse auf das Meer fantastisch. Sehr nette italienische Familien in der Nachbarschaft, die Hausmeisterfamilie sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der sehr gepflegte Pool der Wohnanlage ist fast nur von uns genutzt, es ist nicht zu toppen. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne, praktische Aufteilung mit einer typischen, einfachen Einrichtung einer italieneischen Ferienwohnung. Leider ist der Satelliten TV nicht mit europäischen/amerikanischen Sendern bestückt, auch das hauseigene Radio hat wegen fehlender Antenne ein paar Defizite im Empfang. Dafür ist ein Super WLAN Anschluss vorhanden und damit war alles perfekt. Da auch sonst alles Notwendige (ausser Föhn) vorhanden ist, kann man den Urlaub voll geniessen. Zusätzlich hat man noch einen schattigen Carport für das Auto. Iritierend ist, dass es als "Neue Villa" inseriert wurde, denn beides ist die Wohnung nicht. Wir genossen den Urlaub in der schönen Wohnung, trotz der kleinen Kritik, zu 100 Prozent und ich bewerte die Ferienwohnung mit 5 Sternen.

Ideal location with a stunning view.

This property has everything you need for a self catering holiday. We had a warm welcome on arrival and soon felt at home. The shared pool is brilliant, we used it everyday. The private terrace was great for eating all our meals outside admiring the sea view. We had hired a car and found many lovely places to visit within reach of the property. Plenty of supermarkets on route from Olbia airport to stock up. A lovely place for a family stay. We would recommend.

Fantastic holiday!

Whilst the villa is basic, it has everything you need for a relaxing, self sufficient holiday. Very well-equipped and exceptionally clean. We stayed for 10 nights and had a truly amazing time, the location is stunning, set high in the hills of Pantogia. Views out to sea are stunning. The only downside is to get to the villa you have to negotiate a steep, winding road! As nervous British travellers, this was pretty daunting but I am sure fine for those used to the roads. During our stay we had a towel change but not sheets, not a problem as there is a handy washing machine in the kitchen. The villa is a good size for 4 people although can accommodate 6 with the sofa bed. The large terrace is lovely and has loungers, table chairs and a bbq ( which we didn’t use). One highlight for us was the pool and beautifully tended surrounding gardens. So peaceful there and the pool is kept immaculately clean. overall I would highly recommend this property if you are seeking a tranquil location with good access to the beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. And a huge thank you to Myriam who answered my many questions rapidly and thoroughly!
