Ideal for dream holidays by the sea, in groups of friends or with family. Apartment with rustic, cozy and fireplace furniture, three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one with bunk beds), two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, two balconies. Strong point of the house, splendid covered veranda, equipped for outdoor dining overlooking the Maddalena Archipelago. Parking near the house.

Una vista mozzafiato, una struttura fantastica.

Io e amici abbiamo trascorso una breve vacanza ospiti in questa fantastica struttura dagli spazi ampi e particolarmente luminosi, con vista panoramica sulla baia mozzafiato. Dalla veranda di rimpetto al tinello si può spaziare ad ampio raggio verso l'isola di Caprera, si può scorgere anche la sagoma della Corsica in mattinate tranquille. La struttura dispone di tre camere spaziose di cui una si apre ad un'ulteriore veranda da cui è possibile ammirare le lampare dei pescherecci durante le ore notturne. Disponibili due bagni con annesse docce, perfettamente funzionali e pulite. Ci si accede alla proprietà dopo poche gradinate molto ben inseriti nel contesto della casa. L'auto è sempre stata parcheggiata a pochi metri dall'abitato senza alcun problema. Abbiamo soggiornato qui alla fine di settembre e abbiamo trovato la temperatura del luogo mite e dolcissima. Che luogo fantastico!!

E'davvero "L'incantevole veranda sul mare"!

L'incantevole veranda sul mare è solo un'assaggio. Esiste pure un largo balcone di una stanza da letto che volge sul mare con veduta dell'Arcipelago de La Maddalena. Uno spettacolo diverso ogni volta che ti soffermi ad osservarlo. L'immobile è ampio (3 vere stanze da letto e non "un divano letto" nel soggiorno) con due bagni. Pulizia della casa efficente così come lo è l'attrezzatura.
