Séjour sympathique en famille, superbe vue et emplacement idéal tout proche de Santa Giulia ! Maison bien équipée seul bémol , la piscine soit disant dans l’annonce s’avère payante pour y accéder…à part ça je recommande

Très bon emplacement, maison conforme à l'annonce, vraiment à 10 mns max à pied des plages, calme, confort, bine équipée, rien à dire, je recommande !!!

Bien, mais beaucoup trop cher pour cette prestation

Globalement très bon séjour, mais vu le prix de la location nous nous attendions a beaucoup mieux. Les plus : . Accès à la plage à pied en 10 à 15 minutes (attention ça monte au retour !) . La vue . Le calme . L'accueil de Marion, gentille et efficace et serviable . Climatisation très efficace Les moins : . Draps en plus (20€ par lit) : pas indiqué dans l'annonce, on nous l'a communiqué une semaine avant notre arrivée. Et à ce niveau de prix (1800€ la semaine tout de même), ça fait clairement mesquin. D'autant plus que ça fait bien longtemps que personne ne demande plus de supplément pour les draps (pour des séjours pourtant bien moins cher). Idem pour les serviettes. . bâtiment globalement en mauvais état et mal entretenu (fenêtres et portes fermant mal (confort assuré grâce à la clim, mais la consommation...), joints de cuisine et salle de bain très sales et endommagés, etc... . Piscine : elle est bien présente, mais appartient au restaurant d'à coté et est donc payante (l'annonce fait penser qu'elle est accessible gratuitement) . Isolé de tout : à part l'accès à la plage qui se fait à pied, la voiture est nécessaire en permanence . Pas de place de parking attribuée au logement : attention en cas d'affluence (barrière d'entrée du lotissement cassée...) . Un peu rugueux sur l'horaire de départ : annoncé à 11H00 dans l'annonce, on nous a demandé de partir à 10H00. On s'est finalement arrangé sur 10H30... Comme précisé au début, nous avons malgré tout passé un bon séjour, mais un niveau de prix élevé implique des prestations élevées, ce qui n'est pas le cas ici. La vue et la proximité de la plage ne font pas tout.

Bel emplacement

Maison bien située avec une superbe vue sur la baie de Santa Giulia et accès à pied à la plage (~10 minutes), bien équipée. En résumé, un très bon séjour !
