TrÚs jolie maison donnant sur un trÚs bel espace exterieur arboré. Plusieurs coins repas permettant d'y manger ou de se reposer en fonction de l'orientation du soleil. Et cerise sur le gùteau, la mer à 2 mn à pied!!!!! Que du bonheur!!!!!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt wirklich wie beschrieben direkt am Strand (Fußweg 1 Minute) und der Garten ist durch seine vielen BĂ€ume und schönen Sitzgelegenheiten so gestaltet, dass man auch immer einen Schattenplatz finden kann.

Villa Azzana en famille

Une semaine merveilleuse en famille dans la villa Azzana! L'emplacement est parfait, à quelques mÚtres de la plage. Nous avons beaucoup aprécié l'interieur, le confort et la décoration de la villa, ainsi le beau jardin à l'arriÚre de la maison et les belles terasses qui s'intÚgrent parfaitement dans le maquis et qui sont bien protégées du vent. Et le soir l' illumination du jardin! Merci pour la belle semaine!

Toller Urlaub am "Karibik"-Strand

Das Haus hat alles geboten, was wir gebraucht haben - der Garten ist wunderschön - zum Stand ist es ein Katzensprung. Die Bucht und der Strand (Santa Giulia) sind traumhaft mit karibischem Flair. Palombaggia, Porto- Vecchio, Bonifacio etc. sind einfach zu erreichen, aber man benötigt natĂŒrlich ein Auto. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach, prompt und hilfreich. Das Haus könnte etwas gepflegter sein und etwas praktischer eingerichtet. Uns hat es aber nicht wirklich gestört. FĂŒr 6 Personen ist das Haus unseres Erachtens eher nicht geeignet, sofern es sich um Erwachsene handelt. Fazit: wir haben es genossen und wĂŒrden sofort wiederkommen. La maison offrait tout ce dont nous avions besoin - le jardin est magnifique - la plage est Ă  un jet de pierre. La baie et la plage (Santa Giulia) sont magnifiques avec une ambiance caribĂ©enne. Palombaggia, Porto- Vecchio, Bonifacio etc. sont faciles Ă  atteindre, mais il faut bien sĂ»r une voiture. La communication avec le propriĂ©taire Ă©tait simple, rapide et utile. La maison pourrait ĂȘtre un peu mieux entretenue et amĂ©nagĂ©e de maniĂšre plus pratique. Mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment dĂ©rangĂ©s. À notre avis, la maison ne convient pas vraiment Ă  6 personnes, pour autant qu'il s'agisse d'adultes. Conclusion : nous avons bien profitĂ© et nous y retournerions sans hĂ©siter.

La plage Ă  45 sec Ă  pied!

SituĂ© sur l'une des plus belles baies de l'ile, le logement est confortable, agrĂ©able et dispose d'un charmant jardin qui a des airs de maquis. Une fois la voiture garĂ©e, tout peut ĂȘtre fait Ă  pied! (une Ă©picerie, un choix de bars et restaurants de plages avec leurs soirĂ©es Ă  thĂšmes. Mais surtout la plage! la plus petite et la plus charmante de la baie, la seule d'oĂč l'on puisse admirer le couchĂ© du soleil... Et surtout elle est Ă  100 pas de la villa!

Casetta perfetta sul mare

La casa si trova all'interno di una proprietĂ  privata tranquilla a ridosso della baia piccola di santa Giulia. Dispone di tutto e del parcheggio. Ho a disposizione molto spazio esterno. Rimane riservata anche se a pochissimi passi dal mare.

Ottima la posizione sia per la vicinanza reale al mare di Santa Giulia sia per la possibilitĂ  con brevi spostamenti di poter raggiungere le bellissime spiagge a sud di Porto Vecchio, la struttura necessiterebbe di manutenzione e piĂč cura nella pulizia, ottime le attrezzature presenti ( lavatrice, lavastoviglie ecc. )

Nous avons passĂ©es une superbe semaine. L’emplacement de la location Ă©tait Ă  la hauteur de nos attentes, le calme dans une rĂ©sidence privĂ©e tout en Ă©tant proche des restaurants et bars animĂ©s, quand Ă  la plage de sable fin Ă  30 m c’était gĂ©nial. Le seul bĂ©mol de cette maison c’est qu’il faudrait vraiment la rafraĂźchir. La chambre avec lit superposĂ©s et Bz (que nous n’avons pas rĂ©ussi Ă  dĂ©plier
) est plus que vĂ©tuste, la propreté  il ne faut pas aller voir sous les meubles, pas de Wifi et pour couronner le tout la cohabitation avec une souris n’est pas ce qui m’a le plus plu

La posizione dell'appartamento Ăš ottima a pochi passi dal mare, spiaggia stupenda. Ideale per visitare altre spiagge o vari paesi (Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio...). L'appartamento Ăš molto grande, andrebbe perĂČ ristrutturato. Nel complesso Ăš stata una vacanza molto bella.

la maison est vieillotte comme indiquée dans l'annonce,des travaux d amélioration ont été faits (cuisine,salle de bain)mais il en reste encore à faire,l'emplacement est idéal ainsi que la résidence.Petit détail, la télé meriterait d etre dans le salon au lieu de la chambre bien que l on ne vient pas en vacances pour cela, éclairage extérieur à améliorer.Nous avons quand meme passés un bon séjour sur place.
