Great place! Loved it.

Very clean and well appointed condo. Owner just super to work with. Great location. Only negative is no cable tv. It was Ok, we didn’t go there to watch cable tv. Internet works fine. Smart TV in place so can use alternative products like Netflix. Thanks a million!

We have visited our parents in Punta Gorda for years and are purchasing this condo as of June 2017 as a rental that will be available tentatively starting August 2017.

Why they chose this property

We love how close to fishermans village our condo is and spend a lot of time watching sunsets and walking/biking the harborwalk. Our condo has a south facing lanai on the canal. Watch for fish jumping, dolphin and manatee sightings, while enjoying the heated pool. This property is clean, quiet & very well maintained and offers many comforts of home.
