Beautiful and updated home with a great location. Walking distance to Fisherman’s Village with restaurants and shopping. Easy access to bike riding on the Harbor Walk. And all of the beds are very comfortable!! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house

We’ve rented in this area several times over the last 10 years and this was by far our favorite property. A beautifully decorated, well maintained home where everything has been thought of. We had a peaceful and lovely time in Punta Gorda and will definitely rebook this home when we return to visit family again in 2020.

Beautiful property with great views

We had a wonderful time at this home. The home was very clean, and had all the amenities you would need to feel like you were at a resort. We loved the salt water pool, the clean and comfortable beds, the waterfront views, and the boat lift to store our boat for the week. The owner was always very responsive even when my questions were already answered in the comprehensive book they left out for guests.

Great house!

Property exactly as advertised! Super easy process with the owners. We would definitely stay again. The house is not handicap accessible so a bit challenging for one of us getting in and out. Very positive experience with all options included with the house.

What a beautiful and well stocked house! We have rented a lot of homes and this was by far the best! Beds and pillows are excellent! We put the bikes to good use everyday checking out Punta Gorda. What a fun little city! Easy walking/riding to Fisherman’s Village that has bars, restaurants and shopping. Visited the Farmers market that had lots of goodies. Lots of fun bars close too! We will definitely be back again! Thanks Troy for a beautiful and comfortable home!

Great vacattion home !

Our family had a wonderful time in this home in Punta Gorda, Florida. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a great vacation. Our grandchildren loved the pool and all the pool toys and fishing out back. We were very happy to see good locks on the doors going to the pool so we didn't have to worry about the grandkids getting out. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of cookware and were surprised to see condiments and other things that we didn't have to go out and buy. Troy was wonderful to work with and always responded to any questions we had very promptly. We would definitely love to go back again !!

Originally from South Florida. We love the Punta Gorda area with easy flight access from anywhere in the Midwest or East Coast. Love the outdoors and many of the family friendly activities. Punta Gorda has a small town feel that provides amazing weather year round.

Why they chose this property

Area is surrounded by water from small salt water canals to large Harbor and Gulf. Great for boating, sailing, fishing and exploring the many islands to include Boca Grande, Cabbage Key, Cayo Costa, Sanibel, and many others. Beaches include Boca Grande, Englewood, Manasota Key and Venice Beach of which all have fantastic shells to include prehistoric shark teeth.
Punta Gorda airport is 10 minutes away with over 40 destinations on Allegiant. Ft. Myers airport 35 minutes and Tampa 1.5 hours.

Walkable property that is 1 block from Fisherman’s Village, Charlotte Harbor and several trails and parks. Downtown is less than 1 mile bike ride or walk.
