Bien mais peut être amélioré

L'appartement est grand et spacieux. La terrasse est grande et la petite piscine est agréable. La piscine commune est super mais inaccessible aux enfants entre 15h et 18h. Idéalement situé proche d'une zone commerciale et à quelques minutes de Séville. Cependant, le ménage n'était pas parfait, il manquait des couverts (4 fourchettes dont 2 en plastique ! pour un appartement de 8 personnes), des carreaux de carrelage sont cassés dans chaque pièce, les bains de soleil sont très abîmés. L'agent chargé de nous accueillir ne répondait jamais à nos demandes. L'appartement a de très belles prestations mais il faut l'entretenir. Notre séjour s'est tout de même bien passé.

Disaster Trip

The host changed our booking incorrectly and gave away our original dates, which were confirmed and paid. This action was within 12 days of check-in. Communication was truly terrible and we received no response for days, leaving us not knowing if the error would be rectified or not or if and whether we had a place to stay. There was no rectification or communication leading up to check-in and we were left stranded on the day of check-in. We had to progress a refund via Vbro as the host did not do this, which was unforgivable especially when it was extremely clear they would not be honouring the original paid for dates. To avoid being stranded entirely with 2 young children, we booked alternative accommodation, which was just as well. If you book this accommodation make sure you have a plan B for when it all falls through at the last minute. A really terrible experience which risked spoiling our entire trip.

Agosto en camas

Tiene una piscina comunitaria la cual está muy bien acondicionada. En la habitación que cogimos ,está situada en el tercero B y es un ático el cual tiene una piscina, en una de las terrazas, una piscina pequeña que está muy bien para relajarte, en cualquier momento del día. La plaza de garaje está situada justo al lado del ascensor con lo cual es muy cómodo a la hora de subir las maletas. José Antonio es la persona encargada de atenderos y de solucionar los problemas ,ya que es el encargado de la comunidad es una persona amable y comunicativa. Para poder ir a Sevilla recomiendo ir en taxi ya que son 5 km y el taxi hasta el centro os vale entre 10 y 12 €, es preferible , la opción del taxi antes que uber, porque la aplicación de uber, funciona muy mal. Si queréis ir de compras tenéis el centro comercial lagoh, que está situado justo debajo del puente colgante, está muy bien para pasar todo el día.

Très bon accueil, disponible. Appartement très fonctionnel pour grande famille. Piscine 👍👍👍. Seul bemol, des carrelages devraient être changés dans la cuisine(sol) et la vitre de la porte de cuisine qui ne tient presque pas. Très dangereux pour les enfants car peut tomber à tout moment. Sinon c'était super !!!

Manutenção do espaço

A propriedade tem uma boa localização para um espaço de 8 pessoas. No entanto o apartamento precisa de ser actualizado....as fotos já tinham certamente muito tempo. Devem renovar e ser mais exigentes na limpeza. No entanto foram amáveis e prestaveis. Obrigado.
