In the National Marine Park of Carretta Carretta Turtles, next to the beach of St. Nicholas you will find sour exquisite "ALEGRIA VILLAS" complex!

In the beautiful , serene and natural environment, with olive trees, Cyprees trees, banana and pine trees, and boukamvillias, a mere, 3min from the beach, from the beach, we have created an additional four new independent luxurious villas to compliment "Alegria Villas" Complex. They have private swimming pools, wifi, BBQ, play ground, and are of extremely superior standards. They have been built of stone and designed in traditional Zakynthian architecture, but with hi tech amenities.

They have their own swimming pools, parking and private gardens measuring approximately 800 meters which have barbecues and Eco children play ground (with tree houses). The main living area has one double bedroom,living room with fireplace and satellite television, bathroom, kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and all other necessary electrical equipment and air conditioning . They also have attics which is basically a cozy sleeping area for three people and 3 of them have a lower den which can only be described as a superb relaxation area. It is 70 s.m. and is made up of a living room, bedroom - jacuzzi,bathroom, kitchen area, washing machine, etc.

The use of local traditional materials such as stone, timber, bricks and other ecological materials produced on the island and also the exquisite interior decoration has been successful in creating an extremely relaxing haven.

From the verandas the view is also exquisite. Olive groves, the never-ending Ionian Sea and last but not least, the sands that host the famous Caretta-Caretta turtles. Alternatively there is,of course, your own personal swimming pool and garden.

Our private villas "Irida", "Melissanthi", "Olivia" with 3 bedrooms (with Jacuzzi in one of them !), have been designed to meet all the demands, necessities and requirements of a family - comfort, relaxation and privacy.
There is also a new Pool Bar and an ECO Play ground with treehouses for the kids in the Complex, available to our guests and their friends !
