Serenity Home 68 is a recently refurbished 80 square meter property located just outside the walls of the ancient historic center of Naples; the apartment is located in the San Carlo all'Arena district on the 1st floor without lift of a building located in Via Miracoli, 68 characteristic street adjacent to the picturesque Sanità district, the Botanical Garden and 500 meters from the Cathedral of Naples.  Just 70 meters from the building it is possible to reach Via Foria, historic Via di Napoli, exactly one kilometer long which crosses the Stella, San Carlo all'Arena and San Lorenzo districts, starts from the National Archaeological Museum of Naples (MANN) in which you can admire the richest and most valuable collection of works of art in the world, ending in the imposing Piazza Carlo III which constitutes the eastern gate of the historic center of the city. We would like to remind you that the historic center of Naples, in addition to being a UNESCO World Heritage Site, represents the first historical nucleus of the city. It contains nearly three millennia of history and is the largest in Italy and one of the largest in Europe with its 17 km², or 14.5% of the entire municipal area (117.27 km²); Crossing Via Foria, passing Porta San Gennaro you will be immediately in the ancient historical center, where colors, culture, architecture and history will kidnap you like never before, in a few minutes you will find yourself on the main Decumani of the citadel, Via Anticaglia, Via Tribunali and San Biagio dei booksellers, San Gregorio Armeno famous for the shops of the Artisans Presepiali, Naples Underground, Cappella San Severo where you can admire the famous "Veiled Christ" by Giuseppe Sanmartino.     


For those who decide to stay in this structure must consider that thanks to its position the whole city can be visited totally on foot. 

For all those who reach Naples by car, the guarded car park is a 5-minute walk away, metros, bus stops, taxi ranks, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, an ATM and many other services are all at your fingertips. but no. 

 

The property consists of 2 bedrooms, both with walk-in closets, one with a private bathroom and a balcony and one with a window, a kitchen with a double sofa bed, a corridor and a balcony. Each room is equipped with a flat screen TV. The property is equipped with all comforts, independent heating, air conditioning, column and microwave oven, kettle, espresso coffee machine, hob fridge and related kitchen utensils such as pots, plates, glasses and cutlery.    


Serenitey Home 68 is a private apartment and is managed by Serena Capezzuto, owner of the property, you will be greeted with the smile and the typical hospitality that characterizes the Parthenopean people, courtesy and professionalism will always be in the foreground during the entire period of stay.

Capacity Structure from 2 to 6 beds, pets are not allowed, upon request with an additional cost the structure can provide a camping cot.
