Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage

Die Villa bietet viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Der Yachthafen, Strände und das Zentrum von Cala d´ Or befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Pool ist groß, aber nicht gut gepflegt. Das Wasser war bei unserer Ankunft grün. Auf unseren Hinweis, wurde durch die Agentur die Reinigung veranlasst.

Hallo Marc, vielen Dank für deine Bewertung. Wir freuen uns, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub in unserer Villa und der Umgebung genossen haben. Die für den Pool verantwortliche Person geht regelmäßig in die Villa, um den pH-Wert und die Sauberkeit zu kontrollieren. Es kann jedoch vorkommen, dass sich der PH zwischen zwei Revisionen ändert und neu eingestellt werden muss. Wir freuen uns, dass das Problem innerhalb weniger Stunden nach Ihrer Ankunft gelöst wurde und Sie sich daran erfreuen konnten. Wir hoffen, auch in Zukunft von Ihnen zu hören, einen herzlichen Gruß vom gesamten Team.
