This stunning 2016 development by Bewley Homes situated in the heart of Basingstoke boasts fantastic living spaces with floor to ceiling windows and furnished to the highest possible standard throughout. The communal gardens, viewing deck and allocated parking are some of the fantastic external features of this development.

Inside, we offer luxurious 2 bedroom apartments with fully equipped modern kitchens and we provide super-soft towels and pure cotton bedding throughout to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The apartments have 1x allocated parking space, SKY T.V. and unlimited high speed WiFi as standard.

Our apartments are located on the 2nd 3rd and 4th floors. Each apartment has its own spacious balcony* with bistro table and chairs. This modern building is very well insulated, which means the apartments are very warm and cozy year round whilst also being supremely quiet and personable.

Great visit!

We loved staying here! We visited our family for Christmas and what a great location—close to shops and the train station, which was a huge plus for our family of three. The flat was clean and well equipped for our stay. Prior to our stay, I had received very detailed check in/check out instructions. I had also asked for a crib for my one year old, which they provided at no extra cost. I will definitely stay here again!

Short stay in Basingstoke

The apartment was lovely. The area very convenient for shops and railway station. Some suggestions for improvement. We also have a modern rental property and may I suggest that upgrading the kitchen equipment might be of benefit. The saucepans eg; there was no chopping board, cheese grater, or decent salad bowls. We could not find an inventory either. Upgrading the toaster and having the washing machine balance checked out.

After reviewing your feedback we took a look at the kitchen utensils and we found all of the items that you stated weren’t present. There is a drawer below the cutlery that has all of those utensils mentioned and there were 2x chopping boards located on top of the microwave. It would be great in future to get in touch with us and we can help find items or to provide any missing items.
