This is a beautiful holiday house in Provence was completely renovated in 2020. Located near St Remy De Provence, Eygalieres and Arles. It is rural, peaceful sits proudly on an incredibly well kept plot of olive and fruit trees, but only five minutes from the nearest bakeries and supermarket. It has recently been fully renovated to make for a very comfortable stay. Perfect for families or a group and is a real South of France gem. Marseilles and Nimes airports are 50 min drive. Avignon Eurostar station is 15 minutes away.

A long private drive through commanding automatic gates brings you to this beautiful six bedroom Provençal Bastide that has been tastefully restored offering spacious indoor and outdoor living areas including a large recently renovated barn housing an outdoor bbq area with a bar and sofas. A gravel terrace shaded by two magnificent 200 year old plane trees along with a seating area under a shaded pergola are two other outdoor areas. A huge charming garden of olive and fruit trees, a swimming pool, pool house and children's swing set and plenty of space to wonder around with the safety of being totally fenced in.

On the ground floor there is a well-equipped large open plan kitchen with dining for 10, an additional dining/living room, a family TV room, a large bedroom with ac and ensuite with walk-in shower, double sinks, roll top bath, toilet and bidet and a separate guest toilet and large laundry room.

On the first floor there are five further bedrooms all with ac except one and two separate bathrooms one with roll top bath, walk-in shower, toilet and double sinks, the other bathroom comprises bath, separate shower, sink and toilet. The fifth "dormitory style " bedroom is air-conditioned and includes two double beds, bunk beds and child’s cot.

The inviting large pool and pool house is the perfect place to relax in sun or shade. High quality sun beds and lounging poolside furniture complete the comfort. The pool is enclosed with a tasteful wrought iron fence with two childproof gates for entry and peace of mind with young children. The largest yellow mimosa bush and ageing grapevine add to the idyllic setting.

Enjoy outdoor dining either under the plane trees or in the recently converted barn attached to the house. The barn has a sofa area, large table and outdoor kitchen. The property is only rented out for a maximum of 8 weeks a year and does not have the wear and tear your find in many holiday rentals.
