Playa Suite: Beachfront Suite With Private Patio Set Amidst Tropical Gardens

The Playa Suite has an open plan with kitchen with full oven, fridge, blender, coffee pot, BBQ, sofa, European kingsize bed (or two twins), private patio and entrance. The bathroom has an open shower. The 3.5 meter high ceiling with a herringbone brick design along with the huancaxtle wood shutters, original works of art make this suite beautiful.

Hand carved furniture and hand painted bathroom fixtures (even the toilette!) add to the charm of this suite.

The beach in front is a very sandy, safe, swimming beach. There are golf clubs, tennis racquets Kayaks, a SUB (stand up paddle board) and bicycles are available for guest use as are beach umbrellas, chairs and beach towels.

The beach is a great place to eat! Fresh muffins, cookies, oysters, fish prawns, pineapple filled with fruit, empanadas, nuts, etc. are all available to add to your total enjoyment of our little Mexican pueblo. One cannot go hungry here!

A massage therapist is available at our guests' request for a private in-suite massage at a very reasonable rate and yoga classes nearby when in season.

There are a number of very good restaurants just steps away on our beach specializing in fresh fish, large prawns, tacos, margaritas, piña colladas, and fresh coconuts. In addition, the pueblo of Los Ayala has numerous shops for groceries and souvenirs.

The towns of Rincon de Guayabitos and La Peñita are within walking distance or via collective taxis only 4 blocks away. Puerto Vallarta is an hour distance and the buses leave from La Peñita every 30 minutes. The surfing towns of Sayulita and San Francisco (San Poncho) are 30 minutes away. Taxis are also plentiful and inexpensive.

We are proud sponsors of Jaltemba Bay Animal Rescue (JBAR). Pet lovers most welcome! Small, well-socialized, quiet pets considered with prior permission. Pets must be leased while on the property and taken off the property to do their 'business'. There is a $50.00 fee.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas. Priority is always given to other guests' comfort.

The home also a one bedroom suite with a 180 degree view of the ocean, the beautiful 2 bedroom Vista Suite and another studio suite available, all with full kitchens, bathrooms, private entrances and terraces.

Monthly rates are available from April to October. All rates include all hospitality taxes and are based on double occupancy.
