Charming farmhouse in an 18th century villa with swimming pool, offers apartments and rooms

Ancient country house of the late eighteenth century, always belonging to the Fiore family where it still resides, renovated, located on a hill 15 km from the sea and the mountain with a wide panoramic view of the Apennines, the characteristic town of Torano Nuovo (2 km), on the swimming pool and on the surrounding countryside. We have tried to preserve the original materials such as brick floors, some ceilings with frescoes and ancient wooden doors. With 19 hectares cultivated with olive groves, walnut groves, orchards and vegetables, it returns to revive the pleasures of the countryside.

The view from our farm is unique, and ranges from the Adriatic coast to the Apennine mountains. Waking up to this panorama while savoring our breakfast of homemade desserts, perhaps served outdoors on the patio, is synonymous with true relaxation. For those who prefer active holidays, our country is a perfect starting point to explore the surroundings and what they have to offer: the silver beaches of Tortoreto Lido, the renowned wineries of Torano and Controguerra, the numerous panoramic cycling routes on the winding hills passing through the peaceful countryside and what the Gran Sasso massif has to offer.

At guests' disposal are: the swimming pool, the garden, the covered patio, the reading room with a well-stocked library and the breakfast room. Depending on the period, you can find our typical Abruzzese restaurant open, managed directly by our family. Outside you will have ample space to stroll in complete relaxation.

The farm is managed by our Fiore family, who have been taking care of it with passion for over 20 years. We are always available to our guests for help, advice or just for a chat.
