- Group bookings and pets are not accepted. The accommodation is rented exclusively to families.

- The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €400. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours before arrival, including the details of all occupants required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing the pending payment before key handover. Otherwise, key delivery cannot be guaranteed. The agency will contact you beforehand with all the necessary information to carry out the check-in.

Realmente un placer frente al mar, ubicación cómoda. Alojamiento mediterráneo con porche y jardin amplio. La cocina totalmente equipada, varias vajillas y cuberterias disponibles que hacen más fácil la estancia en grupo.
Mosquiteras en las ventanas por favor. Y un repaso a fondo de limpieza y pintura las puertas de lamas estan llenas de polvo y las paredes de mosquitos, la griferia de los lavabos deteriorada.

Wir hatten wundervollen Aufenthalt für 2 Wochen, das Haus ist sehr angenehm und die Lage nicht zu übertreffen.
Die Bäder bräuchten eine Renovierung
Perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia. Una casa amplia con todas las comodidades y una localización inmejorable. Únicamente destacar que las camas de los altillos están bien para niños pero tienen complicado el acceso para adultos. Muy buena atención atención por del personal inmobiliario. Muy recomendable en definitiva, repetiremos sin duda.
