Magnificent part of the area

My wife and I, along with our 2 small children used Masia Capdet as a base to have family from different parts of the world come and stay with us. The villa itself is perfect for this sort of family gathering. Plenty of open space and en-suite rooms for couples to have their own space/room when needed. Proximity to Sitges and beaches is a short drive away. Management of the property was incredibly proactive and helped us with whatever we needed in a very timely manner. Options for chef/cooking are also available which makes your stay feel even more exclusive

Incredible Property!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Masia Capdet. Arlette was such a kind, welcoming and thoughtful host and we felt right at home. We had a group of 11 adults and one baby and everyone fit comfortably and enjoyed all of the house amenities. My partner and I got married nearby so we also were able to host an intimate gathering of 40 people the day after our wedding at Masia Capdet. Everyone was so impressed with the beauty of the house, the variety of outdoor seating and the gorgeous pool. It was truly a memorable stay and we can’t wait to visit again!

The property is beautiful. The host is charming. The house is well equipped and of high quality.What I wish I knew before booking: Road access to the property is difficult/rough. The air conditioning is an evaporative cooler. Our stay in Aug was at times very uncomfortable especially if we kept the doors closed hoping to give the "air" time to cool...which it never did. The bedrooms were miserable for sleeping. (I was advised this is just what to expect in Spain.) Taxes are added at the end of the stay, but not disclosed upon booking. "All fees included" doesn't mean taxes or a bedding charge to one of the rooms.

Why they chose this property

In 2003, when we were living as a Dutch expat family in Spain, we bought the property with 3 ruines, 23 ha of land and 5 ha of vineyards. With the help of Lluis Jubert, a price winning Catelan architect, we reformed the ruins and converted them into the houses as they are today. We are very proud to be able to share them with you.

What makes this property unique

In the middle of the vineyards with views on the Mediterranean Sea you will enjoy modern luxury, in a historic setting. We kept the old details but made sure to guarantee the comfort of modern life. With the most comfortable beds and embroided bed linnens, floor heating in winter and individually adjustable air conditioning units in summer a well equiped kitchen, wifi all over the house and a great terrace to sip your Cava and gaze at the stars in the evening, I am convinced you will have a fantastic stay with us!
