The first floor has the main entrance, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), a combined living/dining area and terrace with a sofa and two armchairs.

FIRST FLOOR:
On the second floor you will find Bedroom 1 (twin beds) with ensuite bathroom, and Bedroom 2 (1 double bed) and a separate bathroom.
Both of the second floor bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and small balconies, one to the east and one to the west.
The landing has a desk if you need to work.

SECOND/TOP FLOOR:
On the top floor is Bedroom 3 (twin beds) with a chest of drawers to store your belongings and an ensuite bathroom.
There is also a sun terrace on the top floor with 2 sun beds.

PRIVATE GARAGE:
Accessible through the property.
Here, you will also find the utility area with a washing machine and a drying airer.

The house is in a beautiful residential community in Torreblanca, which benefits from an Amazing Infinity Pool overlooking the Sea and Fuengirola.

Take the glass elevator lift down from the community pool and it is only 5 minutes walking distance to beach, shops, bars/restaurants, bus stop and 15 minutes to the train station.

Car Hire is not essential but will make transport easier! We can arrange Airport Transfers if required, please ask us for a quote. The nearest Train Station is Torreblanca.
