A spacious and charming villa with great views of the coast.Only downside is the distance from the village and shops . The 10 minute ? ...walk is uphill to Aldi and a bit of a trek to the village add that to the steps to the property and it's not for those with mobility problems. However the location is very quiet and peaceful. Sammy was exceptional. We struggled to get taxis even with the wassap connection but he always got us one within minutes . Wifi good . Plenty to do in the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend. One further small negative to add is that the pool furniture was a little tired and in need of replacement. ...it looks new in the photos ...it isn't. Overall 4 / 5 .
Absolutely fantastic. Great property, spacious, clean, well equipped, great location. Staff were very helpful too. Will definitely be back
Excellent Villa in Benalmadena!
Our first visit to Spain included a stay at Christopher's wonderful villa, Aug 23-30, 2019. Our family (Mom, Dad, kids aged 20, 17, 17 and 14) loved the villa, the pool and the location overlooking Benalmadena.
The villa was very well equipped including excellent air conditioning, internet access and of course, the pool!
The villa was located up in the hills overlooking the very busy costa. We chose to drive everywhere as walking up and down the hills was a bit daunting in the gorgeous heat. We were glad to get away from the busy Costa del Sol and retreat to the quiet villa with the gorgeous view.
It was easy to find the villa (Christopher's communications and instructions were excellent). We were met by Sammy, a very kind gentlemen who briefed us on the property and offered his help if we had questions or concerns.
Our first visit to Spain was fantastic! Our stay in Benalmadena was relaxing and highly enjoyable.
Thank you to Christopher, Sammy and Wendy for their hospitality!
This property is highly recommended!
Great location. Villa well outfitted & comfortable
We enjoyed 2 + weeks at this lovely location. Yes, the pictures are true. The view is spectacular and one never tires of looking out at the sea. Lots of restaurants close by in the Peublo. We used the Villa as a home base and visited Granada, Seville and Rhonda. The Villa is spacious and has everything you will ever need. The caretaker and his wife were charming and the owner was prompt and helpful in all of our transactions. It was a great experience.
The owner has a lot of experience and knows how to make the booking process and the stay first rate.
The property is well located and extremely well kitted out. Everything you need and more.
Stunning villa with fantastic views in great location!
A first class stay. Fabulous villa, location and service and incredible views! Can't recommend enough, the perfect place to just chill out around the pool and villa or to use as a base for sightseeing and activities.

Benalmadena Pueblo is only around a 15minute walk from the villa and is a beautifully kept village full of narrow streets with pretty houses. In the Plaza de España around the fountain are several open air restaurants, serving tasty tapas, it is a great place for lunch or dinner sat in the sun or under the shade of the orange trees.
The old Church built on the rock in the Pueblo is surrounded by walkways and gardens from which there is a breathtaking view, and it is all lit up beautifully at night. Castillo Colmenar is a fairytale castle built just below the Pueblo, it is captivating and well worth a visit. There is also a Stupor on an elevated point just around the corner from the villa, whose large dome is covered in gold, very eye catching!
Within walking distance of the villa is the Altos del Higueron shopping centre which has a Carrefour supermarket, a bank, an Italian restaurant which has superb pizzas to eat in or take away. Then there is the Taberna del Frasco bar, a dry cleaners, internet café, excellent Indian restaurant, hairdressers and the very stylish 'Punto Rojo' restaurat and bar. All the restaurants and bars have tables and chairs on the pavement so you can sit watch the world go by.
The villa is 5 minutes in the car from the coast road which leads you to Benalmadena Costa with its 'puerto marina' - a spectacular marina with excellent restaurants and bars that cater for a la carte cuisine and others that are ideal for family meals out. Around the marina are activities for the children and shops for mum and dad and for those that enjoy a late night the bars and clubs are plentiful. Taxi ranks are in abundance and will know how to return to the Pueblo.
The cable car at Benalmadena takes you up to the mountain top of Calamorro (724 meters). Other attractions in and around the area include Sea Life Aquarium, Tivoli World Amusement Park, Mijas Aqua Park and Go-karting, Fuengirola Zoo and Horse-riding at the Hipodromo Racecourse.
