Horribly furnished, no place to sit in living room except a day bed without a back. Kitchen ill equipped, espresso machine had no handle, could not pick it up. No potholders, no dish towels, no regular sized plates for a sandwich or croissant, only large ones which were unreachable in high cabinets with no footstool to get there, had to stand on a dining room chair. No hand towels for the bathrooms either. The manager told us he'd have pods for the other coffee machine but there were none. No sponge or substitute in kitchen. When we told the manager he said use paper towels. And the other things he made no attempt to bringvthem.over or apologize. He said "no one else that stayed there complained " and he did nothing! The twin bedroom has no night stand or reading light and no windows! . Beds are hard. Pillows like rocks. No overhead lights in the main room. The worst was the noise. Street noise but worse, inside building too....Loud loud doors banging in the building day and night I had the twin room and was forced to hear people in the next apartment, every word, laughing, singing until wee hours. A horrible apartment. The only nice thing was the draperies. I have rented at least 10 different apartments in Rome and this was horrible.
