We loved our stay at the apartment. Olivia was a great hostess. The balcony was unique and a wonderful place to read, relax and watch all the goings on in the plaza. Great location in an excellent neighborhood with good shopping and fantastic restaurants.
This is located right in the middle of everywhere you will want to go! The host is superb, the accommodations superb, everything is superb!
If I ever go to Rome again I will definitely stay here!
The apartment is beautiful and in a wonderful location for walking/shopping/dinning, the balcony overlooking the square is so relaxing and entertaining, the host is very attentive. WONDERFUL stay!
Loved the property and the location! It was the perfect place to explore Rome on foot as many locations are within 15 minutes away. Livia was a wonderful host and was very helpful in coordinating our transportation. Would definitely stay here again!
The balcony is definitely the highlight of this vrbo! Beautiful views! The park is a short walk away to see all of rome! Great location too! We were able to walk to everything! Hope we can come back one day!
Well appointed property, with a great view over Popolo.
Livia was a thoughtful host who provided plenty of local knowledge. The apartment had everything we needed. We had a delightful stay.
My husband and I spent four nights. It was fabulous. The terrace view of Piazza Del Popolo was worth every penny. Easy access to the metro, and easily walkable to many sights. Livia was great at checkin and gave us lots of suggestions for local restaurants. It was lovely. Definitely recommend.
We loved the apartment and the location was the best spot in Rome. Close to everything. We walked everywhere and just as other reviewers have stated, the balcony is what makes the whole stay! We lived on the balcony. Amazing stay, and would love to return. Olivia was easy to geet in touch with and we loved every minute of our Rome visit!
This property is as described. Great location, view. Check in and communication was very easy and flexible so thank you!! The location across from borghese and short walk across piazza to Rome metro (the best way to get around. Rome) is perfect! Apartment has high ceilings and really nice feel to it. Loved our visit!!
I cannot say enough good things about this rental and the host. The location was ideal, and the view from the balcony was like something out of a postcard. It was perfect for a couple. Clean, comfortable bed, spacious interior for two people. all the appliances work perfectly.
we have had a good fortune to stay at VRBO’s around the world, and this is one of the very best.
We could not imagine this place being better than the description and pictures but it was above and beyond! The balcony and view are amazing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Livia was so helpful and gave us a tour of the apartment. She responded immediately when we had questions about where to buy something. Do not hesitate to stay here!
We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. So many amazing sites and restaurants within walking distance. There is not enough time to see everything in one trip. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the piazza in front of us. The elevator was a huge benefit with luggage. Plan to return when we can.
The apartment, view, balcony & host were beyond all expectations. We loved looking out onto the Borghese Hill park & Piazza del Popolo. My favourite museum was the Borghese Gallérie. One’s apartment certainly can determine how one feels about a place. Well I ❤️ Rome after 11nights in this stunning place. Thank you Olivia!
We had an overwhelmingly positive experience in our two month stay. The view from the balcony is irresistible and the location is perfect.
The Piazza below is quite noisy during the afternoons with loud music but the music is usually very nice. The Internet is 90% but not 100% reliable.
These are small issues only, hugely outweighed by the positives. Livia was always available and very responsive to our very few concerns. We would be very happy to recommend this apartment, highly!
This apartment is perfectly placed for a stay of any duration in Rome. It has a balcony and view that would be hard to match anywhere else in the central part of Rome. It is within walking distance of most major sights and literally has a bus stop around the corner and a metro station and multiple other bus stops as well as a taxi stand within two blocks. These can get you anywhere else. Checking in was easy and welcoming. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. The building is well maintained. Olivia is very helpful and thoughtful. We are very happy that we were able to stay at this gem of an apartment.
The apartment is wonderful. The balcony runs the entire length of the apartment and the view is stunning. We had coffee in the morning and limoncello before bed on the balcony. We sat at the table and planned our days there. Even when you are not using the balcony the views are stunning from inside. The whole place is sunny and happy. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is awesome. Location is Great. We did a ton of walking, and we walked everywhere! The host is amazing and so helpful and sweet. She spent a lot of her childhood in this magical apartment. This place does not disappoint. :)
The 4th floor apartment with elevator has an awesome large balcony overlooking Piazza Del Popolo with plants, a table and chairs, and comfortable chairs to enjoy the view while having Nespresso (capsules provided) or refreshments. Olivia personally met us and showed us the amenities. Easy walk to so many restaurants, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Colosseum and Forum . The location is excellent. The apartment was very clean and has a washer, dishwasher, queen bed and fridge that was stocked with welcome drinks and ice. A very good Supermarket is a 5-10 minute walk but mini markets even closer.
Livia is the best host! We forgot a bag and she delivered it to us at the train station saving the day! Her restaurant recommendations and tips were spot on.
This is the place to stay in Rome
This is a wonderful one bedroom apartment in Rome. The location is great for walking to most of the major sights (Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, shopping etc.). The private balcony is large and perfect for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening.
This is an older, but well maintained building in Rome. The 100 year old elevator is small and interesting to operate. Not a problem, but what you would see in a old movie. The appliances are newer European models, but us Americans may need to Google instructions to figure them out i.e. washing machine/dryer. The bed was a little low with a thinner/softer mattress than I would prefer, but everything was neat and clean.
I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Rome.
Livia, the host, welcomed me and my husband upon check in. The property looked more run down than the pictures showed but not terrible. The sofas had blankets covering them, etc. I noticed a large stage outside the apartment and asked Livia about it. She was evasive and just said it was going to be taken down. Within one hour of arrival, extremely loud music starts onstage. This continued for the next 4 nights from 4:00 in the afternoon until midnight. The music was pop rock that was so loud you could not have a conversation in the apartment. Talking on the phone and watching TV was impossible, let alone get a nap or sleep before midnight. When I contacted Livia she admitted that the area was "unlivable". She then proceeded to ghost me once she realized I was not happy. This was a very expensive place to stay and I cannot recommend it. I would NOT stay there again.
