Our atypical house built in 1968 by Lefèvre, architect adept at Le Corbusier, is a haven of peace. We never tire of the magnificent view of the sea between Cap Negre and Ile du Levant

We love this cool path which allows us to reach the domain's beach on foot in 10 minutes.
We find there the sailing club (with possibility of renting paddle or dinghies by the hour), 9 tennis courts, "the grocery store" and the Club House restaurant
Arriving in the house, upstairs, find a double bedroom en suite and a bedroom with two single beds with sink, both offering a beautiful view of the sea between Cap Lardier and Ile du Levant. Downstairs, at the living room level and with direct access to the garden, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds with a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. A bathroom with additional WC is also available on the ground floor.
The living room opens onto the first terrace. Dining room then kitchen with direct access to a large terrace for lunches and dinners with friends or family.
