New Construction (6 th season) everything is new and extremely well maintained. (2600 SF Multi Family) This property has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. The home has a large front deck and 2 rear decks . The open floor plan allows for comfortable family gatherings. The family room is equipped with plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV. The well equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The property has 6 bedrooms with TVs, 4.5 bath: 3 master suites- 3 King Beds, 1 queen bed, two twin beds, twin/full/trundle bunk bed, queen pull out sofa. Two family sitting areas, 2 Washing machines and 2 dryers plus a tank less water heater (never run out of hot water!) Sleeps 16 people. The property has a garage for parking (and to store bikes and beach gear) plus 2 additional parking spaces and an outside shower. The accommodation has all the amenities from central air to Cable TV and Wifi and more! Our home is located in the desirable Gardens section of Ocean City, which is less congested and has some of the the best beaches on the island, yet walkable to the boardwalk and minutes from the beach.
We typically use a local property manager to ensure the best experience with all your needs. Our weekly rate for 2024 is $10k /week; Saturday checkin at 4pm, checkout by 10am.
Ocean City is a family resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean 15 miles south of Atlantic City. The beaches are lifeguard protected during the summer season and there are dedicated surfing beaches. In addition to the 2.5 mile boardwalk with amusement piers, shopping, restaurants and The Music Pier - an entertainment venue for concerts and other events, there is also the Bay Front area for watersports, fishing charters, boat rentals and a Down Town Shopping District with unique stores, restaurants and of course our famous Spring and Fall Block Parties. We are a typical all American family of 5. Our life is busy with work and activities for our children, etc. Ocean city has given us the amazing family time we need to relax and enjoy life together as a family. Our kids are ages 16, 13, and 11. We love Ocean City! The time together on the beach, riding bikes, and walking on the boardwalk creates memories that we will have forever.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location. You have the quietness of the gardens section of OC, yet you are close enough to the action. Our home is a short walk to the beach which makes it convenient to go back and forth to the beach for the needed snacks, naps etc. Complete relaxation is felt upon entering our home. You can park your car and do not need to get back in your car for the entire week. Aside from the beach, the proximity to the boardwalk makes it a easy to stroll up and down the boards for some activities or treats. We typically have coffee on the deck in the morning while waiting for everyone to wake up then walk to Browns for breakfast on the Boardwalk. We have one of the best Pizza places on the island (Express) right around the corner for lunch / dinner. (or send the kids for just a slice... or homemade ice cream at TJ's!)

What makes this property unique

This home has 3 master bedrooms which is a nice feature for multiple families that want to vacation together. The large number of bedrooms make sleeping accommodations easy to plan for multiple families and 2 family rooms (we like to have the kids downstairs and adults upstairs). Large front deck allows for an amazing outside experience at sunset or during the quiet early morning. Our large table allows your family to sit together to enjoy meals outside while taking in the fresh ocean breezes. In the evening, relax with a game of cards, a glass of wine, or a good book!
