Rear decks off the two master bedrooms and a large front deck facing the beach. Large rooftop deck with new patio furniture to enjoy unobstructed water views and sunsets during those summer nights. This home is only a short walk to the beach. Close to the beach, without those beach block prices. Beach tags will be provided for use during your stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set Thermostat to 78 degress.
Close all exterior doors and windows and make sure they are locked.
Run and empty dishwasher.
Close and secure umbrella on front deck.
Put away all outdoor cushions.
Stack the chairs on the back deck.
Empty Refrigerator and pantry of all your personal items.
Leave all beach tags (10) and keys on the table in the foyer. Any tags/keys not returned will accrue a $50.00 charge per tag/key.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
