The rustic property has reserved parking spaces located approximately 90m from the house. The apartments do not have a garden or balconies.

In 2025, private housing is being constructed at the back of the house beyond the courtyard. Therefore, some noise might be heard during the day.

Spacious master bedroom with large wardrobe and internal air conditioning, second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, small wardrobe and internal air conditioning. Windowed bathroom with modern shower cabin and convenient hairdryer. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The apartment overlooks the green of the vineyards and Garda hills, offering a enchanting view. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment. From Monday to Saturday, the municipal bus shuttle is available to reach the center of Bardolino.
