TOP of the HOUSE: structure equipped with PRIVATE PRIVATE PARKING which is VERY RARE in the area. It will be crucial for a holiday without stress and problems ... but only if you understand its importance in advance.
CHARACTERISTICS: large two-room apartment located on the ground floor (energy class G) which can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people (4 + 2) is new, very nice and above all CLEAN.
EQUIPMENT: all services such as TV - DVD - PARABLE - ADSL INTERNET WI-FI TIM - CLIMATE - private terrace with table and umbrella and I repeat, PRIVATE PARKING at ZERO METERS in a closed enclosed square. It has everything you need in use: you only have to bring consumable products with you. We also provide a practical tourist guide made by us that is highly appreciated, useful for your holiday.
POSITION: located in a strategic place 1.5 km from the beach of Lerici - Venere Azzurra and 3 km from the beaches of FIASCHERINO and BAIA BLU, the most beautiful in the area, not to be missed. Sarzana (exit A 12 recommended), very beautiful not to be missed, is only 4 km away. 25 minutes and you are in Forte dei Marmi for a walk or in Portovenere, you decide….
PRICES: clearly vary significantly according to the period but always competitive.
ASSISTANCE: at your disposal for any problem and / or advice 24 hours a day, in practice this is the most important thing for you to be able to read in a similar ad.

Appartement non conforme à l'annonce. Studio de 30 m2 et pas de chambre séparée. Soit disant pour 6 personnes. Route très passante et donc bruyante à 50 mètres et hors du village. La plage la plus proche est à 5 kms et non 1.3 km comme il est stipulė sur l annonce ainsi que les restaurants. Voiture indispensable pour tout déplacement.

sympathique mais bruyant

Petit appartement confortable, moderne et propre. Points négatifs : la route juste en dessous très fréquentée, les aboiements des chiens des alentours toute la nuit et les appartements très mal insonorisés. Vacances très bruyantes et peu reposantes !

En Italie, les services que vous pouvez les trouver le long des routes les plus importantes (bus, supermarchés, plages, etc.), vous ne pouvez pas avoir la maison isolée et les services .... Je pense que même en France est si ... La maison est entièrement insonorisée et climatisée ... mais si vous dormez avec les fenêtres ouvertes et que vous voulez le silence, vous devez aller sur le sommet d'une montagne ...

Small but very well kept property

The house is very well kept and everything we needed was available. Airconditioning, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were clean and functional. We spent 2 nights here with 5 people wich was very much o.k. For a longer stay it might be a bit small for 5. The road is close and quite busy so at night we kept the windows closed against the noise. This was not a big problem because the airconditioning was functioning well.

Un punto strategico!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti , dal 26 al 29 maggio 2016 , a casa Margherita Lerici . Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da Andrea con un insieme di informazioni e di consigli degni delle migliori agenzie viaggi ! Ci è stato consegnato un raccoglitore con tutte le informazioni sui posto più belli da visitare, orari traghetti , treni autobus , consigli su ristoranti , posti da vedere , il tutto ben organizzato in un raccoglitore ed aggiornato con gli eventi del mese , un navigatore GPS con tutti i punti di interesse impostati nei preferiti , DVD ecc.. La casa si trova tra Lerici e Sarzana ed è vicinissima la fermata dell' autobus per chi come a noi , piace spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici . La casa si trova in un punto strategico e permette di visitare le 5 Terre , Sarzana , Lerici ,La Spezia , la Toscana ecc.. La cosa che ci ha colpito di più è a parte la pulizia dell'appartamento e la disponibilità del personale , è stata la passione per l'accoglienza ! Grazie e a presto! Loris e Gabriella

Soggiorno a Lerici con amici!

La casa vacanze corrispondeva esattamente alla descrizione sul sito. Le indicazioni sull'ubicazione e sui servizi era accurata. La casa era molto pulita e molto ben accessoriata. Il proprietario molto professionale e disponibile, ci ha fornito un'ottima assistenza. Consiglierei sicuramente questa casa vacanze ad un amico o parente. Il nostro breve soggiorno ci ha consentito di effettuare il tour delle cinque terre in battello, molto ben organizzato. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l'ottima cucina locale, in particolare quella della fantastica " Osteria di Redarca", consigliataci dal dott. Pampana Andrea. Vorrei in ultimo esprimere un giudizio piu che lusinghiero sul fantastico lungomare di Lerici, nonche' il panorama che si gode dal terrazzo del ristorante "Ciccillo a mare". Torneremo sicuramente!

Appartamento grazioso, pulito, funzionale, con tutto il necessario. Ottimo per visitare la bellisime spiagge i le Cinque Terre. Il proprietario molto disponibilissimo, fornisce tutte le dritte necessarie per conoscere la zona. Abiamo trovato un catalogo con recensioni de luoghi e spiage molto dettagliato ( una idea fantastica). Lo consigliamo con molto piacere ( gia lo fato 😊). Grazie Andrea! Complimenti!

Superbe location

location conforme à la description. Andrea est vraiment au petit soins pour ces locataires saisonniers (guide rédigé par ses soins, avec la contribution de Chiara), gps (avec, entre autres, des parkings gratuits pré-enregistrés ainsi que plages très pratiques si vous êtes véhiculés) et même des DVD en français. nous recommandons sans hésitation de venir profiter de l'une des locations d'Andrea et Chiara

Splendida Esperienza!

Luogo perfetto per trascorrere in serenità e senza pensieri la propria vacanza! Ci siamo trovati benissimo, non potevamo scegliere di meglio. Fin dal nostro arrivo, abbiamo notato un immobile ben curato e pulitissimo, arredato in maniera elegante e dotato di ogni comfort! L'accoglienza da parte dei proprietari è stata calorosa e la loro perfetta organizzazione e serietà ci ha permesso di avere a disposizione tutte, e dico proprio tutte, le informazioni necessarie per visitare spiagge ed itinerari culturali nelle zone limitrofe senza perderci o senza cercarcele da soli. Siamo rimasti veramente felici della nostra scelta e la consigliamo a tutti coloro che leggeranno l'annuncio. E' stata una splendida esperienza, che sicuramente rifaremo alla prossima occasione! A great holiday at the wonderful place

I'm with my wife and two children had a wonderful two weeks in appartment of Andrea and his wife. Clean and equipped with all necessary appartments are very comfortable. Appartments located near from the sea, as well as near one of the best beaches the coast of (Blue beach). This point of accommodation is perfect for exploring Chinkuterre, Florence, Pisa and other beautiful places of Liguria and Tuscany. The hosts - very friendly people, were constantly in contact with us, assist to us in the organization of our holiday. We are very grateful to the owners. These apartments we recommend to all - you get everything for your dream vacation!

Ceci sont de loin les meilleures vacances jamais passée en maison de location un endroit magnifique, idyllique même une petite maison bien entretenue propre avec tout le confort nécessaire ; airco, flat screen tv, DVD, digicorder avec poste en toutes langues, et propriétaire a même pensée à mettre des films pour tout âges et toutes langues ! Une farde détaille de tout les endroit à visiter où manger dans les meilleures restaurant pas cher ! Les plus belles plages un GPS fourni avec les plus beaux endroit encodé ! Tout simplement une organisation sans faille avec mérite de la part d'un militaire à la retraite ! Bravo Andrea

Il nostro soggiorno a Lerici è stato piacevolissimo. La casa, tale come ci è stata presentata, è pulita ed arredata con stile e dotata di aria condizionata e DVD. Sono rimasta particolarmente colpita dal libretto di suggerimenti che ci è stato presentato al nostro arrivo dal proprietario della casa, da lui stesso redatto, con mirati suggerimenti riguardo alle migliori spiagge, passeggiate, specialità gastronomiche della zona ed utili informazioni ( orari dei vari mezzi di trasporto, supermercati...) Il proprietario della casa è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Decisamente una confortevole e pratica casa in un ottima postazione per visitare tutta la zona di Lerici, le Cinque Terre, Sarzana e La Spezia. "Dammi un pizzicotto perchè non sò se sto sognando

Le informazioni ricevute sono state chiare e rispondenti alla realtà. Ho trovato la casa pulita, ordinata e arredata con gusto.Il proprietario molto disponibile, attento ed organizzato. Molto utile il book redatto dallo stesso con un elenco dettagliato di mete turistiche, culinarie e di prima necessità ( mezzi di trasporto per raggiungerle, tempo di percorrenza,km,suo giudizio personale e navigatore con tutte le mete già impostate) .Consiglio a tutti di provare questa esperienza che mi ha offerto serenità, comodità e spensieratezza. Assolutamente da rifare!!!!!!

Piacevole soggiorno a Lerici

Prima volta a Lerici, siamo in tre: io, mia mamma e mia sorella. Prenotiamo il nostro appartamento scegliendolo da questo sito internet e, subito, ci interfacciamo con il sig. Andrea che, da quel momento ha saputo gestire con estrema professionalità il nostro soggiorno. L'appartamento si trova a Guercio Colomba, una frazione del Comune di Arcola, in una zona residenziale e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. A pochi passi, si trova infatti, la fermata del bus. Nello stesso complesso, si trovano altri quattro appartamenti, tutti di recente costruzione. L'appartamento si compone di un ampio soggiorno-cucina, bagno, camera da letto e un balconcino esterno con tavolino. La cucina era ben attrezzata, l'arredo è funzionale. Al nostro arrivo, ci ha accolti Il sig. Andrea che ci ha mostrato l'appartamento, molto pulito e ben curato, come ce lo aspettavamo dalle foto. Inoltre, ci ha consegnato una (utilissima) guida da lui redatta e che conteneva diverse informazioni: dall'uso dell'immobile, ai ristoranti consigliati e...ovviamente, l'indicazione delle spiaggie più belle. Già perché Lerici, a differenza di altre località liguri o della vicina Toscana, gode di numerose spiagge da visitare. La più prossima all'abitazione (1,5 km) è quella di Venere Azzurra, raggiungibile in auto o in pullman (noi abbiamo usato il pullman per evitare ingorghi ai parcheggi e perché il servizio era buono: le navette passano con una frequenza di una mezz'ora). Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dall'attenzione nella gestione di questa vacanza.

Accueillant, confortable et bien situé.

Logement très propre et bien équipé (climatisation, machine à laver) conforme au descriptif. Propriétaire très accueillant, chaleureux et disponible qui met à disposition un livret où figurent les restaurants, les visites etc.. ainsi qu'un GPS (destinations principales enregistrées) très utile pour s'orienter les premiers jours. Moyens motorisés indispensables. Plages plus facilement accessibles en bus qu'en voiture (parking payant). Merci Andrea!

vacanza splendida

appartamento bellissimo curato nei minimi particolari e pulitissimo non manca veramente nulla siamo stati veramente benissimo il signor Andrea è veramente gentilissimo ... e Lerici è veramente bello lo consiglio !!!!!!!!
