Tresana, a small town in the heart of Lunigiana just a few kilometers from the Aulla exit, is surrounded by greenery, perched on the hill with the ruins of the castle. The surrounding landscape is characterized by many paths and landscaped roads. Its valley is crossed by torrents. Do not miss the castle of Villa di Tresana, completely restored and of rare beauty.
We are also located in one of the areas of the Via Francigena route, walking here today in Lunigiana is a unique experience that allows you to relive the emotions of the ancient pilgrims. The succession of natural paths, villages, parishes and castles is a unique landscape to experience. In the restaurants in the area you can enjoy local meats, mushrooms, taglierini, soups, grilled meats and game, apple pie, buccellato and other homemade desserts.
The well-kept and completely renovated apartments are located in a strategic position with respect to many points of tourist interest such as: the beaches of Marinella di Sarzana, Carrara, Lerici, Portovenere, Monterosso, Isola della Palmaria, which are only a 20 minute drive away ; mountain places of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, the villages and the numerous medieval castles that come alive with evenings and atmospheres of the past.
The Tresana apartments overlook the small castle square of the homonymous village and offer parking facilities.
All our apartments are equipped with the essentials for you to start your holidays in Tresana in the name of maximum comfort. : Shower, Hair Dryer, Oven, Microwave, Heating, Moka, Toaster, TV, Ironing board, Iron, Fridge / Freezer, 4 ring gas hob, Washing machine, American coffee maker, Vacuum cleaner, Kettle, Oven.
The kitchen is equipped with crockery, cutlery, utensils and basic cooking ingredients: water, oil, salt, and a good bottle of Tuscan wine. Also available milk, coffee, tea, sugar, jam and croissants for your breakfast in Tresana.
For your sleep scented sheets, blankets and extra pillows in the closet to be used if necessary. Baby cots are available on request.
The bathroom is equipped with fluffy towels, toilet paper and soap.

Very good stay with a nice view

The Appartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. The view from the terrace was great. Contact with the responsibles was very good and uncomplicated. We can recommend it. :-)

Breathtaking view

Our stay was very relaxing.The terrace with the great view was every morning breathtaking. Nearby the small river we had the feeling of connecting with the nature. The beds were very comfortable and in the kitchen every kitchen device works and was clean.It was very nice to breakfast as well in the kitchen or at the terrace. The neighbor were friendly and the domestic dog don't bark and was very sweet.Best regard to our host! We will meet again :-).

Forest bathing

Accurate listing. Ever-changing panorama of the Apuan Alps. Continuous cool air flow down from the mountain. Lovely view of the castle. Comfortable bed and spacious bedroom. Screens on windows and doors. Spacious outdoor deck (no living room, but that did not matter since we relaxed outside). Ate all our meals outdoors. We cooked all our meals the entire week. Full sized refrigerator.

A beautiful old castle with a great view

I was travelling with my three kids (10/10/7) and we were there for about two weeks in March 24. The building is part of an old castle-ruin which makes it very special and unique. The apartment was well equipped and has very thick stone walls which is probably great in summer. When we arrived, everything was quite moist but after heating everything up it was ok. There are a few neighbours but it is very quiet and peaceful. The view from the terrace is stunning. Things that didnt bother us but that you should know: - no dishwasher - if you want your car parked next to the apartment you should be a good driver and it should not be too wide. Our Tesla Model 3 barely fit through the gate with mirrors folded. There was about 6-7cm room to each side. - the Wifi is not great. It varies between 15 and 1 Mbit/s - there is no living room. The apartment has a mid-sized kitchen and 2 1/2 bedrooms. If you want to relax you have to do it in bed or on a chair.

Der Aufenthalt war soweit in Ordnung die Dame die für die Unterkunft zuständig war, war sehr zu vorkommen und hat sich um unsere Anliegen schnellstmöglich gekümmert. Die Unterkunft an sich war soweit auch sehr schön, nur leider ist ringsherum totale Baustelle, sei es die Burg direkt daneben, von der Steine durch Bauarbeiten herab vielen oder die Gebäude auf dem Hof die noch Kernsaniert werden. Das Geländer an der Terrasse wurde erst am zweiten Tag befestigt was sehr wackelig war und es direkt dem Hang hinunter ging. Ansonsten war es leider noch sehr leblos, auch keine Aussenbepflanzung. Das Bad könnte eine Tiefenreinigung gebrauchen oder es müsste mal die ein oder andere Fuge erneuert werden. Der Ausblick war traumhaft und sonst war im Dorf auch etwas los aber auch nur mit dem Auto empfehlenswert, sonst leider etwas zu weit weg.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben eine erholsame Zeit gehabt, leider war das Wetter nur ein paar Tage schön. Für Mitte September leider zu kalt ,sodass wir uns viel drinnen aufhalten mussten. Dabei fehlte uns eine gemütliche Couch. Vorsicht bei der Einfahrt zum Hof! Die Durchfahrt ist sehr eng, ging nur mit eingeklappten Außenspiegeln. Die Aussicht und die Ruhe haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Bei Fragen hat uns Nadja gut geholfen, vielen Dank. Ciao

Rust en schitterend uitzicht

We hebben als gezin een goed verblijf gehad hier, het was schoon en netjes, de gastvrouw was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Heel fijn dat er horren in de ramen zaten. Wel een paar dingetjes wat we minder vonden: afvoeren liepen niet snel door; de put buiten stonk waardoor het ook in de grote slaapkamer stonk en we hebben veel beesten naar buiten moeten werken. Spinnen, duizendpoot-achtige beestjes, en andere gekke insecten.. Verder echt wel heel erg genoten van de rustige en mooie omgeving.

Erholung, Ruhe und Natur pur

Es ist eine superschöne Unterkunft, die Terrasse mit der Aussicht einfach traumhaft schön. Erholung und Natur pur, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Betreuung/der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr sympathisch und bei Fragen wurde umgehend reagiert. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub.

traumhafte Landschaft

Die Unterkunft ist genau so wie beschrieben / abgebildet. Es ist sehr sauber, typisch toskanisch möbliert und die Vermieter sind stets erreichbar (vielen Dank, liebe Nadja). Die Burg selbst ist privatisiert. Da die Eigentümerin auch direkt vor Ort lebt, ist ein unkomplizierter Rundgang gegen einen minimalen Ovulus möglich. An heißen Tagen gibt es auch einen sehr schönen Gebirgsbach, in dem auch kleinste Kinder baden gehen können. Wir erhofften uns einen erholsamen Familien-Natur-Urlaub, den wir hier bekamen.
