The approach to the farmhouse is rather off putting as you drive through a lot of old and derelict buildings. The actual room is very good for the price with everything that you need and a spacious bathroom. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Be aware that the fridge is rather small so don't take to much. The area is stunning and definitely worth a visit.

The room was spot on for wheelchair access and usage, as was the wet room. Ramp at the front door was also excellent. Yan & Bernie were lovely and have put a lot of thought into getting the accessibility correct. All good. Excellent. Thanks.

Nice location for a quick break

Spacious room with an en suite in the country. Great for a couple. Communication with host pre check in and during the stay was very good. They were very accommodating and friendly. The room had a kettle, tea & coffee and a fridge. The location was about 5 miles outside Bala and easy to reach via car. The local pub was a 5 minute walk away. Peaceful surroundings.
