Infinity View Villa - Charming Ayia Thekla Getaway

Set on a quiet location in the coastal area of Ayia Thekla, this gorgeous and modern villa offers unobstructed sea views and ultimate comfort. With front patio beautifully set for al-fresco dining, lounge area, built BBQ station with bar and spacious swimming pool area, this villa turns into oasis of relaxation.



As you walk indoors you will find airy and light living area with sea views which sliding doors open to a patio and area around the pool. The living room features a comfortable large 3-seater and a single sofas with a large flat screen TV and satellite box with access to many international channels; a dining table for 4 and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. Also on ground floor you'll find a guest bathroom.



Upstairs are amazing en-suite master bedroom, another two bedrooms and family bathroom with shower cabin. All bedrooms enjoy sea breeze and unobstructed sea views.



The private outside area offers private gardens, a private swimming pool with sunbeds to enjoy sunbathing, an outdoor sitting area, a traditional BBQ, an outside shower and dining area next to the swimming where you can enjoy your meals.

A superb family holiday villa in a great location.

We went on holiday with our kids in May/June 2023 for a fortnight. The villa was absolutely fantastic, it looked great, really well presented and it was really spacious with a very clean swimming pool. Everything was in order and it was a stones throw away from the beach. We have booked with L.A. MER Homes twice now and we wouldn't hesitate to book with them again, or recommend them to family and friends. Thanks for the great service!

We were so impressed!! The villa is stunning, with full sea views. I was a little worried about the road running alongside it before I got there, but it’s a dead end road that only serves the handful of villas on this complex, so it is very quiet. The planting has grown since the photos were taken, making the villa far more comfortable and possibly stark as the photos suggest. You could quite happily live in this villa permanently. I was devastated to leave and felt very at home here.

Die Villa war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat bestens geklappt! Uns hat nur gestört, dass ab dem 3. Tag bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts die Strasse, an welcher das Haus steht, aufgerissen wurde und die Baustelle täglich schon ab 07:00 in Betrieb war. So war es den ganzen Tag sehr laut.

Stylish villa at a quiet place

Cleanness of terrace floor, the tiles were very dusty and dirty. A remote unit to open the front gate would be excellent, as the keypad is on the wrong side of the car, when arriving. Instructions on how to operate the induction plates would be very helpful.
