Amazing cottage in a perfect location for exploring Swanage. Quirky decor that'll have you spending hours wandering around examining. Plenty of space for everyone.
The house is in a great position just beyond the town centre. It is very roomy and very good for three couples, having three bathrooms. There is a lot of space inside, and a lovely garden. The decor is quirky, but good fun, with the most antlers I have ever seen! We did have problems with the lack of hot water in the mornings, But Stephen (the host) did his best to sort it remotely during our stay and has offered us a small refund. I would thoroughly recommend Clarence Cottage.
The house was absolutely stunning and perfect for our family celebrating a special birthday. Being an older property there were a few issues with mould and water draining, but nothing that affected our stay too much.
We had some issues with being given the wrong gate code, but thankfully the gardener was on site to let us in!
Absolutely beautiful location, walking distance to everything locally and no need to use a car for our stay. We would certainly stay again!
Property was just as pictured and describes, checking o process nice and easy. Welcome pack very useful information.
House is for 7 people, there were only 4 of us but even if there had been 7 there is plenty of room for all. Property presented well, gorgeous pieces of furniture and artwork. Bedrooms are set out nicely giving further feeling of space.
All areas were really clean, some supplies in kitchen which made cooking for ourselves much simpler and even tea and coffee.
Definitely a 5 star Property, would we stay again, in a heartbeat
