Appartement mal entretenu

Bel appartement à l'origine, situé au 8ème et dernier étage d'un immeuble ancien avec un minuscule ascenseur. Il est proche des transports en commun. En revanche il n'est pas entretenu et le ménage n'a pas été fait avant notre arrivée (sol non lavé depuis de nombreux jours au vue de l'état et de la poussière, de même pour les sanitaires, en particulier les WC). Il y a des odeurs importantes de tabac et la climatisation refoule des odeurs d'égouts dans une chambre. La vaisselle est minimaliste. Quel dommage !
